Our 2 year old had her first appointment today and had a great time. Everyone was very kind and kid friendly. They did a great job getting her comfortable and answering any questions I had and were very warm and encouraging of me as a mom. There was no wait, they were on time and had toys to play with when we got there. Easy parking too. I did read some of the negative reviews after the fact. Maybe they have a new office manager. We did self pay and everything was fine. I actually called this place when I was trying to decide if it was worth it financially to get dental insurance for my child and they were kind enough to tell me how much it would be out of pocket for a visit at 2 years old vs when she is older and a ballpark of how much it may be if she had a dental accident or something. It helped me weigh the cost of self pay vs getting insurance which i opted not to do at this point. My child wasn’t even a patient there at that point but they were so friendly to me over the phone and answered all my questions. I really appreciated that.

I love Kids Dental Studio. I have been taking my son there for over a year now and their energy is still the same. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. The customer service exceeds beyond anything. I love that they also do follow up calls after your appointment to check on the kids. I am very pleased and my son also loves and is very comfortable with them. The staff is amazing and I felt the need to mention that again because I’ve never seen an establishment where the entire staff are so nice and friendly. Thank you guys for everything. My baby has been showing off his new missing teeth to everyone lol

My girls love Kids Dental Studio! The staff are so friendly and incredible patient. As a parent I appreciate how efficient the office is run. The wait time on arrival is always less than 5 minutes, there isn't a long wait between the hygienist and dentist, and the next appointment is scheduled while the kids are in the dental chair.

I drive about an hour here because there’s nowhere else I’ll take my son and no other dentist where he’d prefer to be. Dr Nikki and every single woman there has a positive impact on you when you walk in the door. They are helpful and kind. My son feels at ease and they are patient and gentle with his special needs. They have done both a major procedure on my son at age 3 and all his cleanings.

Love this place and so do my kids. Patient and friendly technicians and dentists. Very efficient front desk. Never have issues with questions regarding billing. Scheduling very easy. Definitely recommend
