Seven loved getting his teeth checked and cleaned at Floss Academy. The Dentist and Kiana made sure he was very comfortable and eased him into it. It felt like a little spa for him. He was able to watch a disney movie as he got his teeth cleaned and got rewarded for being a good listener. We had concerns about a mild tongue tie. Personally I would rather have no issue instead of a mild issue, but we were assured they would remove it after exploring other possibilities for the mouth breathing and tongue posture. I do plan on updating my review.

We have been going to Floss Academy for a few years after a not so nice experience at a non-pediatric office in the West Loop. We are so pleased we found Floss and have enjoyed our experiences with both Dr. Deric, Dr. Amanda and Kiana at the front desk. From fluoride to X-rays to cavaties, this team makes our child feel very comfortable in their kid focused environment. They provided thorough paperwork and alternative treatment plans to help us decide next steps. I've recommended Floss in FB groups and to friends. So glad we have established trusted care with them.

We only have positive things to say about Dr. Amanda and Floss Academy. It was an amazing experience for our 14 month old daughter's first dentist appointment. From the ease of using the patient portal to checking in at the front desk, the appointment process is seamless. Dr. Amanda is incredibly knowledgable giving my husband and I helpful guidance and focused on making sure our daughter felt comfortable. The space itself is also absolutely beautiful! We can't wait for our next appointment at Floss Academy.

My daughter had her first dentist appointment today and we all had a great experience! The staff was friendly, the office was clean, and had kid-friendly spaces. They even had a welcome sign with my daughter’s name on it which was cute to make us feel welcomed. We appreciated how thorough the dentist was in explaining things and they left enough time for us to get all of our questions answered. My daughter was also given enough time to get acclimated with the space prior to being attended. Thank you for a great first experience! We will be returning. :)

Everyone is very friendly and amazing! My daughter enjoys her visits (the tv on the ceiling is a big plus!) I appreciated their yearly package when we realized an insurance issue. I highly recommend them.
