All of the staff at Little Teeth Big Smiles are great! Jessica did an exceptional job making sure my daughter was comfortable. The dentist that took care of my daughter (i dont remember her name) was the absolute best!!!!! Top tier all around.

This place is the best! The waiting room was so kid friendly, you don’t have to worry about keeping your kiddos entertained because they do it for you! It doesn’t stop there, they even played my babies favorite show during her appointment. We had Maria as our dental assistant and Dr. Josh as her dentist. Maria was amazing! She made my baby so comfy and happy during her visit. She also addressed any of our concerns as well as giving detailed explanation as to how the appointment would go. Dr. Josh came in and he was just as kind and focused. They sang the ABCs with/to my baby to ease her nerves when they counted her teeth. I am so pleased with this place and the service received. My baby did not want to go to the dentist at first but now she loves it just after her first visit. We will be returning in December!

They only allow a (((5))) minute grace period or your appointment is canceled or rescheduled. That is unreasonable! Scheduling is already difficult due to most appointments being available weekday mornings (when children are in school). I have BCBSIL insurance that they don't accept so I pay $432 an annual membership that covers 2 cleanings. If I'm paying over $400annualy and driving over an hour for an appointment I should be granted a 10min grace period! (especially seeing that I was the last apt of the day so 10mins would not have Inconvenienced any other clients)!

Very friendly and amazing staff! We have been going to them for the past few years and their treatment is great. Jessica has been amazing in explaining all my concerns and procedures that have been done to my kids. She makes them feel very comfortable and relaxed to the point that they are not scared in coming. Very professional place and all the staff is amazing!

My daughter had a wonderful experience. She is usually nervous to go to the dentist but they created such a calm and inviting environment. She was so proud of herself for being so brave!
