My girls love going to this office. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They take their time the children (even the difficult ones 😂)and remember every patient that comes in. Who doesn’t love great service!? The receptionist is amazing and a new Bears fan! Amazing time each visit. My children will be sad once they move and have to change dentist’s but well worth the visits. Always pleased and their teeth are improving. Most of all, it is EXTREMELY CLEAN. Love the tvs for the children to watch. My family loves it there!

The wonderful staff here have helped improve my daughter’s relationship with the dentist. We had a horrible experience at another clinic that has left my kiddo with lasting trauma and fear. I called ahead to explain what happened and if they could assist with working with her. They were SO patient and kind with her. We came to just check the spacer that was placed at the other clinic cause I had concerns. What should have been a very quick appointment ended up being much longer due to the fear my daughter had. I’m so thankful that the staff here took the time to make my daughter comfortable. She’s still weary of the dentist but feels a lot better about it. Thank you for being so understanding of my daughter’s situation.

We had a very pleasant visit at this dental office with both my daughter and son. I especially want to highlight how wonderful the dentist and nurses were with my 3.5-year-old, who is usually very difficult to deal with at the dentist. He really struggles with fluoride treatment and often vomits, which can turn the visit into a whole mess. Despite this, the nurses and dentist were incredibly patient, calm, and understanding the whole time. They took their time, never rushed us, and made us feel completely supported rather than stressed or embarrassed. It honestly made such a big difference. We really appreciated how kind they were and would definitely recommend them, especially for families with young kids.

My daughter’s appointment with Dr. Kumar was very disappointing. The nurse had already helped my daughter open her mouth with no issues, but when Dr. Kumar repeated the technique, she pushed her finger too far into my daughter’s throat, causing her to gag and eventually vomit. Instead of checking on her, Dr. Kumar focused on cleaning the board first. By that time, I had already grabbed wipes myself to clean my daughter’s clothes and hair, and only afterward did she offer a napkin. She also kept asking, “Do I smell cereal? Did someone eat cereal today?” while my daughter was still distressed, which felt very insensitive. There was no comfort or reassurance until much later and kept saying that it's normal for children to throw up during the checkup, and even then it felt dismissive. She apologized only after the fact and left the room without saying goodbye or checking on my daughter again. This visit lacked empathy, attention, and proper pediatric care.
