Dr. Kara is the best dentist around! She is extremely competent and professional, yet explains things so they make sense to us completely. She’s wonderful with my children. Kind and direct when she needs to be. I love taking my kids to her!

This place is very rude and dishonest. They keep demanding more money and telling me everything was an estimate. Well they gave us the wrong estimate 4-5 times and somehow the price keeps going up. When I’ve talked with them about how we can’t keep paying them, they’ve been hurtful and rude. They have zero compassion or empathy for people who have financial problems. The dentist herself seemed nice, but her office staff need some serious customer service. When my son was there, he was scared and started screaming. They had 0 compassion for him and both of us left in tears. This is not his regular dentist, but we were referred to her from his. They’ve been taken off the referral list at his dentist office.

Being a first time mom, recently I am experiencing many "1st time" things with my son. I was very nervous with this first experience because I wasn't sure what to expect. We were so very impressed by the staff and experience we had. Melissa and Dr. Czarkowski were great with our 17 month old. They were both very knowledgeable and gentle with the way they spoke to us about things we should be doing more/less of. I can appreciate that. My son left smiling and so did his parents. We're proud to say this is where our child will continue to receive his dental care.
