We found Dr. J with the recommendation of a friend after our dentist wanted to charge us a ton of money for work on baby teeth we weren't sure he actually needed. Dr. J made them comfortable from the first moment he worked with them. My son did not need any of the work the original dentist recommended. We've been with Dr. J ever since. That was 5 years ago. I drive an hour to see him because we don't trust anyone else.

Very nice staff. Assistants, doctors they were all nice, and very professional especially the lady who took care of Logan ahe deserve 20 out of 10 . It's was pleasant to go there, sometimes going to the dentist can make you feel uncomfortable, but there. For me you're the best. Thanks to all ladies and gentleman

My two sons get very nervous before going to the dentist appointments. They are instantly welcomed with happy employees who genuinely care to calm their nerves. They are made comfortable and start to calm down as soon as the technicians and doctors are starting the appointments. They’re so kind to the kids, singing songs to them and hyping them up how big and brave they’re being ! I’m so happy we’re patients here.

Everyone there has always been the nicest people we’ve had the pleasure of going to. They make us feel welcome, ask questions and do what they can to make my children comfortable. We haven’t been to the Greenfield location yet but we love everyone at the Lawrence location.

I’m disappointed with the decline in professionalism and service at Dr. J’s Pediatric Dentistry. They consistently fail to honor appointment times, every visit we’ve made has involved at least a 20-minute wait (often longer). The waiting room is always overcrowded, and it’s common to hear other parents expressing frustration about the delays. They’ve even scheduled appointments for us on days when the office was closed. Instead of preventing the issue ahead of time, they simply text to cancel and tell you to reschedule. You’d think the office would be more organized and aware of their own schedule. The billing practices have also been frustrating. After paying for my daughter’s procedure, I was told the cost would actually be lower because she needed less work, only to be informed later that the price had increased instead. The explanation made little sense, and it makes me question whether pricing is consistent or transparent, especially for self-pay patients. When both of my children first began coming here, the office was wonderful, personal, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. If you value your time and want a dental office that prioritizes patient care over profit, I recommend looking elsewhere.
