This is the best kids pediatric dentistry. I have been with them for over 10 years. Never had any issues with Dr. Singh or Dr. Bullard, they are very nice, gentle, and so patient with my children. Your team does an amazing job making kids feel comfortable. I appreciate everything you do.

I've been bringing my three kids here for several years and have always had a great experience. My oldest child has had treatments completed before in the office and, despite major fears, came out smiling and maintains a positive attitude from the gentle care received at Smiling Kids. Today, we had Isabella helping us and I have to mention her specifically for her speed, softness, and thorough explanation of everything for me and my kids. They were all in and out with no stress, no (real) tears, and cheesy little grins. Highly recommend this dental office for families looking for a practice that truly cares about the kids having positive visits and treatment.

Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience that so many have had. We chose this facility because of the great reviews and had 2-3 visits that were wonderful. However, when it came to my girls being scared, all of the niceties left. I work in pediatrics and understand the time it can take and that it can be frustrating at times, but that’s the job. Kids are experiencing everything for the first time, and how it goes (especially in medicine) MATTERS. It is awful when a child fears me because of past experiences that didn't have to go poorly. My daughters were treated horribly at a time when they needed to know their doctors were a safe space. For a simple enamel coating, they could have brought us back to hold their hands and ease them through the process so that further medical procedures would be handled better. However, that did not happen. They were the last patients, and that extra time should have been afforded to a 6 and 7-year-old so they didn’t fear the dentist. My husband was told a quick “…they wouldn’t sit you can do nitrous next time.” First problem, is your suggestion should not be to drug a child for a procedure that should not need it and put extra costs on the parents. Second, why did you not come get us? we were right there!!!! Now, I can’t even get my daughters to go into a dental office without them sobbing and saying, “I don’t want to be held down.” A child should never be held down to receive care unless ABSOLUTELY necessary. Enamel coating does not fall under that necessity. A parent should have 1000% been involved to help mitigate the situation As a parent who trusted a facility to take my children for dental procedures alone, I cannot express how betrayed I feel. This has caused medical trauma and is now affecting our ability to get appropriate care for my daughters because of the lack of respect and empathy exemplified by this office. This is not solely on the doctor, but the assistants around him as well. You need to be better. Two children are struggling now at not only the dentist but other offices because of the care they received here.

My son had his first dental appointment with Smiling kids today and I couldn’t say enough good things! We had a poor experience at a different dental office in the area, so they recommended Smiling Kids. They catered to my son’s needs and his rapid fire questions, and you could tell all the staff was great with children! The environment of the office made him feel really comfortable and calmed his nerves. They were also great with the parents, explaining everything they did and were planning to do, to help him. Also, they made the insurance process very easy, which I often get confused with. I would highly recommend giving this place a call if you’ve got kiddos and want them to actually look forward to seeing the dentist. Thank you Smiling Kids!

While the front desk and hygienist staff were very kind, I found Dr. Singh to be rude, dismissive and disingenuous. She seemed to be rushing and didn’t explain the treatment plan very well, but then seemed annoyed when I had comments or questions. I also didn’t like the way she spoke to her staff, or the way she talked about our regular dentist who referred us. I also heard one of the adults waiting in the reception area say, “My sister [the patient] just texted me and said the dentist is being rude.” Since parents are not allowed in the room during treatment, I just hope her attitude didn’t extend to my child when he was alone with her. I see multiple good reviews for her, so maybe she is temperamental and I got her on a bad day but she is a professional and should be giving the same level of respect and kindness to all patients.
