I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this dental provider. I am a single mother of two boys, ages 13 and 4, who have been patients here since their first teeth came in. On a day I had a critical work meeting that would directly benefit my family, I called to reschedule my sons’ appointments. I was told this provider does not accommodate rescheduling. I asked if someone else could bring my sons, and arranged for their stepmother to take them. Shockingly, the office refused, stating she could not bring them because she is not their parent. As a result, my children were removed from the schedule, and I received an email claiming that this provider “takes her business seriously.” Let me be clear: what I experienced is completely unacceptable, disrespectful, and unsupportive of single-parent families. Families deserve respect and flexibility, not rigid policies that punish parents for circumstances beyond their control. If you are a single parent seeking dental care for your children, I strongly urge you to find a different provider. This behavior is discriminatory, and I encourage others to consider boycotting this provider and exploring legal action to hold them accountable. Because I will be!

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this pediatric dentistry office. From the start, I expected a welcoming and professional environment, especially since this place is supposed to care for children. Unfortunately, what I experienced was the complete opposite. The head dental doctor, who should be setting the example for the rest of the staff, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of showing patience, care, or understanding, I was treated with attitude and disrespect. Their behavior made it clear that they have very little regard for the comfort of patients or their families. Pediatric dentistry is supposed to be about kindness, empathy, and making children (and parents) feel safe. Instead, I walked away feeling shocked at how poorly we were treated. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable in any medical or dental setting, but especially in one that caters to children. Parents, please be aware before bringing your child here. Respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum in healthcare, and sadly, this office failed to deliver even that. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values proper treatment, compassion, and professionalism.

Was going to take my daughter back for her 6month check up, she just recently told me the comments that was made when they were giving care...and now that I'm thinking why do they ask parents to leave the room? My daughter is 10. She's a big girl that acts accordingly in front of me or when I'm not around. What's private about MY child's care. I will not be returning. Also when I first started coming here there was an issue I came in to my appt and they said they could reschedule or it would be a 2 hr wait after I had already taken my daughters out of school for the day to attend these appts. I left. I did reschedule but I was pissed. These reviews of 1 stars are completely true and I can see why. Update/Edit to my review **I was not the reason there was an issue with my appt. So to be clear (my mistake) I came in after taking my daughters out of school early for appts (arrived on time) and they said they were running behind and I could either wait 2 hours or reschedule. I guess things happen but that's ridiculous. I arranged my day and got my children early from school for our appt. In 15 years of appts I've never been told wait 2 hours or reschedule. This is a very argumentative practice. Had I been the one late I would never have added that part to my review.

First and foremost, I just wanna thank Dr. Nicole for everything she’s done over the years. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now, and every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is always so kind and professional I’ve never had a bad experience, whether it’s at the front desk or with the assistants in the back. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful. The office is always clean, the decor is beautiful, and it just makes you feel at ease. You can really tell they care about their patients, not just with their work but with how they treat you as a person. This office is truly a gem, and I’m beyond grateful to be in such great hands all these years!

Terrible accommodations. My child has been with this dentist office for 13 years. I have never missed any appointments. I tried to reschedule my daughter’s appointment as we have NEVER missed any appointments and the rule is if you miss an appointment they dismiss you from the practice. Not if you continue to miss appointments not for nonpayment but because I CALLED TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT and was told I will be dismissed from the practice. Now I am having to find a new dentist for both kids because ONE KID couldn’t make her appointment. When originally scheduling I notified them that the one Saturday a month appointments that they are open would work better however was told they don’t have Saturday appointments. Then when I told the worker that was a lie she came back and said “oh when she feels like opening then she’s open”. The Doctor is very nice but to accommodate working parents and make the rules so strict and be dismissive of people’s lives is ridiculous. And as for Candy the lady on the phone who said call and leave a message. When we first started at this practice they would send reminders out a week in advance. Yet they send reminders on the weekends and expect you to call despite them being closed. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! If life happens and you can’t make your appointment you will be dismissed from the practice only way to keep your appointments is your child has to be on their death bed and they will consider according to the worker.
