We have had consistently wonderful experiences at this office. Most recently, my son was nervous about the newness, but the team handled it so well. They worked efficiently while still being gentle and thorough, making sure he stayed comfortable. They took time to answer all our questions and were kind and reassuring throughout. I loved that they let him play a game afterward so he left with a positive memory. Dr. Iseman is truly exceptional—when my son had a dental injury, the care was so supportive and understanding. He even responded to my email while on spring break, which meant so much to us. He always takes time to explain things clearly and makes himself available for questions. We also had an amazing experience during my son’s tongue and lip tie release. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the team was incredibly thoughtful—praying over us, even providing a private waiting space with a sound machine and bringing him back calm and settled within minutes, and finally Dr. Iseman personally called us that evening to see if we had questions. This has truly been the best medical experience we’ve had for our son. We are so grateful for their compassionate, above-and-beyond care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Iseman has now done tongue/lip/cheek tie releases for two of our children - our 5 year old and our 3 month old and each time we were thoroughly impressed! He is that rare combination of calm, compassionate, and excellent at what he does. He and his staff answered every question cheerfully and without ever getting defensive. He was so sweet to both of our children - talking to them about what was going to happen, not just to me. I felt sure that both of my children were in the very best hands with Dr. Iseman. We are so grateful for this practice and the help they provide to struggling kids!

Dr. Iseman did an amazing job! His whole staff was friendly and so good with our son. The staff asked us multiple times if we had any questions before the procedure and went into great detail about post-op. We highly recommend this office! We drove 2.5 hours to get our son’s tongue tie done and I will recommend him to anyone we know!

Rachael and Dr. Iseman are the best! We met Ms. Rachael a while ago, and my son was soo nervous so we ended up rescheduling and came back recently. She made sure we were in the same room, and was so so good at calming his and my own nerves. Everything was explained to me by both her and the Dr. every step of the way. Dr. Iseman was able to put so many things together for me, and I really wish I had brought my kids in sooner. So glad to have such a knowledgeable and caring group to keep my kiddos teeth healthy.
