I have consistently encountered the same unprofessional behavior each time I have visited their facility. The staff clearly demonstrate their dissatisfaction with their job responsibilities. It is apparent and uncomfortable to bring children to an environment where staff members engage in unprofessional conversations. Some may ask why I continue to take my children there. I am currently seeking alternative dental care for my children and hope to find a suitable replacement soon. Rude staff and unprofessional behavior are unacceptable in a setting catering to children or any individual.

We were very impressed with this Kids Dentistree location. The office staff, dental assistants, and dentist were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They handled our uncooperative children very patiently. I’m glad we found their office.

Dr. B is a great dentist and wonderful with kids but this chain is incredibly greedy. Would not recommend due to that! Hope the good dentists choose another practice so we can see her again!

Didn’t precert a service through my insurance they didn’t give me an option to do for my son, said he had to have it, said they used their system to estimate it and told me it was going to cover, didn’t actually go through individual insurance plan to make sure it was covered. Charged me $70 per tooth (6) TWICE for medicine to be brushed onto them. Now I owe a SKY HIGH bill, times are already rough and they aren’t very flexible for payment options on a mistake they shouldn’t have made. Guess they think everyone can just pay upwards of $900 for medicine to be brushed on their kids teeth in this day and age. Manager never returned my call like she was supposed to after initial call was made about this bill to discuss, I had to follow up again with them myself to hear anything back. Manager only offered a micro discount which didn’t do much for the balance at all. After manager agreed I can pay an amount that is feasible for me every month to avoid debt collection, they called me a month after saying I actually can’t do that and will need to apply for care credit or if I’m denied have it paid off in less than 6 months. Won’t ever be going to them again and won’t ever recommend them, they’re scam artist. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THESE SCAM ARTIST PRECERT YOUR CARE THROUGH YOUR INSURANCE!
