My 5-year-old was afraid to even lie down on the green chair. He was throwing a fit and crying nonstop, even after the laughing gas. But Dr. Dotsy came in and made everything feel as easy as a breeze. He was absolutely wonderful with little patients. The nurses were also incredibly patient and kind—thank you, Kyndal! We truly appreciate the care and compassion shown to our children.

My children have been patients at this office for many years, and we truly love Dr. Dotsey. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing. We were running about 10 minutes late due to a train crossing, and I called the office ahead of time to let them know. I was told we would have to reschedule because they have no late policy—meaning there is no flexibility regardless of the circumstance. As a parent, especially with children, this felt extremely unreasonable. I had already pulled my son out of class for this appointment and still drove to the office, only to be told upon arrival that the appointment had actually been scheduled incorrectly on their end and that my son couldn’t be seen until next month. This was their scheduling error. Initially, they even refused to provide a school note for the time wasted. After some pushback, they finally provided one and we left. After more than 10 years as patients, this experience has led us to take our business elsewhere. Life happens, and adding unnecessary stress over something handled so poorly is unacceptable.

Came for the first time and wasn’t impressed. The lady at the front wasn’t very welcoming and seemed rude. The equipment seemed rundown. I don’t think we will back. I would recommend a place that isn’t a chain
