We arrived 19 minutes late. I did call and I understood this was my fault, and was told we would have to move our appt 2 hrs later to accommodate because they needed full hour for his procedure. No, I was not happy about this. We were waiting in the office and 2 funny things….1) only 1 OTHER patron came out the entire time 2) Even funnier….WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE in the waiting room. We were then asked to go sit in our car so the staff could lock the doors for lunch even though originally we were told we could wait inside by the very patronizing front desk staff member. What poor service. We have now been waiting 2 hrs and got called back 5 minutes late. The dentist was in his room for 10 minutes TOPS. I work in the healthcare industry and I would NEVER make someone wait 2 hrs when we ARE NOT BUSY for being 15 minutes late….make them wait 2 hours, kick them out, and then not start on time. I guess there time is WAY more important than ours. The staff member did treat my son very well during his procedure, but cannot express how disappointed I am. Oh and from time they called us back finally to walking out was 40 minutes. What a nice feeling that would have been if we hadn’t had to wait for the staff to have a 2 hr lunch. Must be nice!!

Took a 3 year old for her first visit. She was upset at first but the staff got her calmed and happy. I would definitely recommend this office for a child's first dental visit.

We love Dr.Reddy. She’s so good with My three year old. We had to get a strip crown replaced on her front tooth and we were done in 20 minutes and my toddler didn’t make a peep. Very very impressed.

The dentist who pulled my daughter's abscessed tooth was so patient and professional throughout the entire process. My daughter, who is five, put up a huge fight out of fear. This was the third visit/attempt to pull the tooth. The office did not give up on us and made us as comfortable as possible the each visit. I am very thankful for the entire staff.

De. Reddy is the best. I trust her with my children's dental care and im thankful we found her. The staff is very friendly. Great place to bring your children for dental care.
