So impressed and thrilled at everything about this office! They are incredible with my daughter and show her nothing but respect and treat her like a little adult patient while she’s there. They speak to her and ask her questions and give her time to answer treating her with incredible dignity while also being kind and cautious and patient when she’s nervous. They’re gentle and explain every step so that she always knows exactly what it’s about to happen. They’re also kind and courteous with me being patient with my questions and even though you’re only ever there for routine exams and cleanings, the experience is always a positive one.

I have 3 kids that come to this office. Everytime I call or bring them to the office or call about their cleanings I always have to go through hoops since I am the step mom. My wife and I have filled out every paperwork they have given us, we have been told to our face that everything is taken care of and that it won’t be a problem the next time. But the next time comes and I’m always put on a long hold only for the person to come back say she has to call mom (my wife) or the children’s dad to get consent for me to schedule cleanings or anything. Their dad has been contacted and he has given them consent for me to be on their account as well. This most recent time I called the lady wasn’t even able to pull up the kids in the system at first. I give her my information and again put on a long hold. Only for the lady to come back and say she has to talk to the parents to do anything. This is so frustrating that everytime we are told that everything is good and signed and taken care of just to go through this with cleanings or anything at all with that office. Clearly things are not being added or updated to the system and zero communication within the office. We will not be back. Scheduling cleanings should not be this difficult.

This is a great pediatric dentist! Every staff member has always been extremely kind, courteous, and personable, while also showing genuine interest in my child and his oral care needs. My concerns/questions are always addressed and there has never been extended wait times. The facility is very clean and has a very child friendly waiting room with a large variety of numerous toys and activities divided into age appropriate groups. This pediatric dentist clinic far exceeds ecxpectations!

Not understanding at all. Not flexible at all. The first time I went, my son wasn’t in the best mood and instead of rescheduling they made me HOLD HIM DOWN. Very traumatic for a toddler. He screamed the entire time. Fast forward to today’s appointment, I asked for a later appointment and they scheduled me very early at 8 in the morning. My child does terrible with morning appointments. All I did was call to get his appointment rescheduled and the receptionist, Beth, immediately caught an attitude and was very rude with me. They acted like it was an inconvenience to them to give my son a later appointment. I canceled my appointment SO FAST, my son will be seeing a new dentist.

This place is NOT for children with different needs! My daughter needs extra encouragement to open wide and they gave up immediately. She has never liked the dentist and they used to be patient with her. Instead, they gave up immediately when she did not comply and said to reschedule for next week! No way will we be doing that. I'm very disappointed in how they treated her, especially since their website says they try to make it a positive experience for kids with special needs. We've gone there for years but will not be back.
