Ms. Dee was great. She interacted with my son, explain things to him, made him feel comfortable. The ladies there know how to make the kids forget their at the dentist and get the job done quick and fast. Great staff. Leeanne at the front desk was great as well.

I have 3 kids that come to this office. Everytime I call or bring them to the office or call about their cleanings I always have to go through hoops since I am the step mom. My wife and I have filled out every paperwork they have given us, we have been told to our face that everything is taken care of and that it won’t be a problem the next time. But the next time comes and I’m always put on a long hold only for the person to come back say she has to call mom (my wife) or the children’s dad to get consent for me to schedule cleanings or anything. Their dad has been contacted and he has given them consent for me to be on their account as well. This most recent time I called the lady wasn’t even able to pull up the kids in the system at first. I give her my information and again put on a long hold. Only for the lady to come back and say she has to talk to the parents to do anything. This is so frustrating that everytime we are told that everything is good and signed and taken care of just to go through this with cleanings or anything at all with that office. Clearly things are not being added or updated to the system and zero communication within the office. We will not be back. Scheduling cleanings should not be this difficult.

Not understanding at all. Not flexible at all. The first time I went, my son wasn’t in the best mood and instead of rescheduling they made me HOLD HIM DOWN. Very traumatic for a toddler. He screamed the entire time. Fast forward to today’s appointment, I asked for a later appointment and they scheduled me very early at 8 in the morning. My child does terrible with morning appointments. All I did was call to get his appointment rescheduled and the receptionist, Beth, immediately caught an attitude and was very rude with me. They acted like it was an inconvenience to them to give my son a later appointment. I canceled my appointment SO FAST, my son will be seeing a new dentist.

While the dentist, Dr Wilson is wonderful some of the staff at the office front desk and appt scheduling are incredibly rude! Recently we had a cleaning scheduled and showed up to the appointment to learn Dr Wilson had to be out unexpectedly, which we understand however, we were asked to reschedule and they couldn’t get us in for 5 months. I also expressed my child was experiencing tooth pain and they put him down for a different apportionment but couldn’t get him in for over a month. If the appointment is rescheduled due to the DR it seems unacceptable to ask us to wait that long to be seen. The front desk staff member was rude on our first appointment due to a misunderstanding with our insurance but her tone and choice of words was so unexpected for a children’s dental office I left in tears, but wanted to give them another chance only for this to happen and when I called to cancel our appointments the same person hung up on me, I had to call back to make sure we weren’t disconnected before I received confirmation the appts were canceled and nope she just hung up because I was canceling. Very disappointed to be treated so poorly repeatedly!

This is a great pediatric dentist! Every staff member has always been extremely kind, courteous, and personable, while also showing genuine interest in my child and his oral care needs. My concerns/questions are always addressed and there has never been extended wait times. The facility is very clean and has a very child friendly waiting room with a large variety of numerous toys and activities divided into age appropriate groups. This pediatric dentist clinic far exceeds ecxpectations!
