I absolutely love Kids Dentist Tree! The entire staff is so friendly, patient, and truly amazing with children. Everyone clearly knows what they’re doing, and they always take extra time to help calm kids down—especially when they’re scared or crying. My child actually gets excited to come here because they know they’ll get a little gift after their treatment, which makes the whole experience so positive. I also appreciate how organized they are… I always receive reminder texts and calls ahead of time, which makes scheduling so easy. Highly recommend Kids Dentist Tree to any parent looking for a caring and professional dental office for their kids!

My 11 month old did great there, he loved the ladies there. They did a wonderful job with him, and he was so happy to be there. My baby was so happy to be there, him and I were greeted by the ladies whom were just so sweet. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Definitely worth it!

After a very long year of fighting and taking my son to multiple dentist office in order to get the dental work he needs, we took him into kids dentistree on outerloop and they got him set up and scheduled to have the work done without to much of a wait. Everyone in this office is VERY friendly and made my son feel very comfortable and welcomed. They did a great job explaining the treatment plan and outlining what needs to be done. The office was clean and well maintained. We are VERY grateful to this office and the staff for their ability to work around our complicated insurance situation and their ability to do the work that needs done in a timely manner.

Hello Ms Wilson Let me start off by saying I have been to this location for over 17 yrs and had 2 kids one who is adult now attend this location. So my loyalty was only due to the top tier service that I received until today. We arrived an signed in at 8:47am on February 19th 2026 and our scheduled appt was at 9:00am. At 9:15am after watching several appts walk in and be seen immediately I approached the front desk and asked why have we not been seen. We didn’t ask for a specific dentist. My son needed to go to school as soon as possible. They did not have any answers as to why. Which is why I’m complaining. I want to seek higher leadership and fill out a form to express my concerns. We were not seen until 9:17am. For absolutely no reason at all. I’m extremely upset Thanks Erika Porter Sent from my iPhone
