⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you, Dr. Angel! You’re truly one of a kind. Warm, extremely patient, and absolutely PHENOMENAL with kids. Dr. Angel spoke directly to my 2 and 4 year old. They noticeably felt completely comfortable with him— and he even made the visit fun! He encouraged great brushing habits, and they’ve been brushing every single day since! Dr. Angel is THE BEST— left feeling genuinely grateful for quality care. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Dr. Raybould provided excellent care for my child that requires unique accomodations. He took his time ensuring my daughter wasnt in any discomfort while preforming knowledgeable expert level care. If you have a special needs child and are having trouble locating a good dentist. Dr. Raybould is who you are looking to find.

I used to love bringing my kids here! However It was extremely dirty at our last visit, and the receptionist was very rude and made me feel incompetent regarding my kids care. Every staff person I interacted with seemed unhappy. I won’t be bringing my kids back here and they should do better as a pediatric dentist office.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from Modern Kids Dentistry of Louisville — and any other location under this name. They have 3 other locations. This place is an absolute trainwreck, run by one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Let’s talk about Arnessa — the so-called CEO. She is shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely full of herself. Her attitude is toxic, and she talks down to everyone like she’s better than them. It’s honestly disturbing that someone like her is in charge of a business that works with children. She doesn’t care about families, patients, or her own staff — just her own inflated ego. Her presence alone brings down the entire experience and makes everything feel hostile and unwelcoming. The front desk staff follows her lead — rude, short-tempered, and totally checked out. You can barely get a hello, let alone any real help. Asking questions seems to annoy them, and the whole vibe is miserable. The doctor we had talks down to the assistants constantly, in front of patients and parents, like it’s normal. It’s disgusting to watch. I honestly felt bad for the staff — no one deserves to be treated that way at work, and it shows in how uncomfortable and on-edge they all seem. And while I obviously can’t prove anything, let’s just say the weird energy between some of the employees is not professional. Anyone paying attention can tell. The place itself is outdated, dirty, and chaotic. Nothing about it says “safe or caring environment for kids.” It feels more like a low-budget clinic that’s lost control. Bottom line: this place is a toxic mess, and it shows in every corner of the practice. This office is completely unfit for children — or anyone else for that matter. Stay far away.

I have been to many dental offices, but this one is definitely the best one I have been to. Dr. Angel has done an incredible job to my daughter's teeth. Let me tell you that he can communicate very well to a kid at their level, unlike other dentists, who have treated my daughter's teeth. Bless his heart and work. I would prefer to take my children to him. Thank you, Dr. Angel.
