My oldest is 12 and has been with Dr. Danielle since he was 2 and still loves going to see her and get his teeth cleaned. My 2 year old just had one of her first appointments, and they made sure she was so comfortable and not nervous. clean and fun environment with amazing staff!

We have been a patient of Dr. Danielle for 11 years and have generally had very positive experiences. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was disappointing. It was the first time my child left an appointment with sore gums and feeling unhappy about the experience. The hygienist did not come across as gentle or reassuring, and my child felt they were unsure of what they were doing. We were asked to arrive early for the appointment, but when we did, the office doors were locked and staff appeared to be at lunch. After the appointment, no one spoke with me about how the visit went or shared any observations, which was surprising, especially since other parents were greeted and spoken to after their children’s appointments. We have always appreciated the care provided by this practice, which is why this experience stood out as particularly disappointing.

Dentist and all that worked on my son were great - desk receptionist who checked us out treated me like I was a scam artist for inquiring about a balance that was not covered by my insurance. It wasn’t about the money, it was about understanding why it wasn’t covered and why I hadn’t been contacted about it previously. I was offended by the push back and attitude when I didn’t just immediately hand over a payment blindly. Dr Danielle is fantastic and deserves to be represented better.
