Absolutely do not recommend. Any time you change insurance, they cancel your child's appointment. They call, but they do not allow for time to call them back before they just completely cancel the appointment. It is absolutely infuriating and we will never be bringing our child to this horrible location ever again.

I’m very disappointed with the experience my boys had at UofL Pediatric Dentistry today. Their appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM, and even though we arrived five minutes early, we still waited 15–20 minutes before only one of my children was called back. My 7-year-old ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, which is completely unacceptable for a pediatric office. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism and empathy. Instead of acknowledging or apologizing for the long wait, the hygienist came to confront me about the delay and asked if I wanted to reschedule — as if the issue was my patience and not the office’s scheduling and communication. Another family who arrived after us was called back before my child, and when I asked the front desk staff about it, I again received no apology. Instead, I was given excuses about the difference in appointment types and the fact that my boys had two different doctors. I understand those details, but that doesn’t excuse the poor customer service. The overall experience was rude, disorganized, and showed a clear lack of communication and respect. My boys will not be returning, and I hope the office seriously addresses these issues for the sake of other families.

My mark is 0. First our visit was ok, they told me that my son need to fix 6 teeth under the sleeping, they told that I need to think, and when I decide to call them and stay in line for this fixing. BUT after 2 days they I call to that number that they gave me, woman said that she doesn't register to the fixing teeth. Why they gave me number to call to person who didn't do this job?? Second: I came personally, and they said " you need to come with your son again" . WHY? We were 3 days ago on a doctor and I need just stay in a line for fixing. But nooo , we need to come again. OK. We created appointment on January 8, 2025 at 8 am. Today is January 8. 2025 and we woke up early with my son, went to the hospital and NOBODY IS THERE! Before that I had message with the question " will I come to appointment January 8 at 8am?" and I answered Yes. And I Had an automatic call about appointment too. SO DON'T waste your time for this clinic, better to find another one.

No one answers the phone, it is truly mind-boggling how they can operate when they do zero administrative work. It seems the only thing they can do is cancel appointments (morning of, no notice).

Been calling for 3 months and no one ever answers the phone. I kept calling and they took it off the hook or something because calls automatically went to voicemail after that. Alot of receptionists not doing their jobs. Smh so better
