Dr. Linda Chao the owner as well as the dentist performed a miracle to my child by having a two teeth still intact instead of putting chromes. So actually my child can have her teeth forever instead of replacing it one day with fake teeth. She said,” it was the hardest performance that she has to do. Although, luckily Shannon was a strong girl because she didn’t have to scream out loud like other kids. Great job Smile Bright. Thank you for allowing my two kids to be your patients for the last five years.

*2 teeth that smile bright claims needed caps on have now been successfully treated with white fillings by another dental office. GET YOUR CHILD A 2ND OPINION IF POSSIBLE! We have switched to a new dentist, and I feel comfortable speaking about our experience here. We came in to get a silver cap put on my daughter. During the procedure she began hyperventilating and shaking due to the visible pain she was in. The dentist and assistant told her she needed to “stop acting like this” instead of calming her, or offering to better numb her before continuing the dental work. Today at her new dentist, I was made aware that smile bright did a surface “filling” on my daughter without notifying me or getting my approval. Also, they went straight to saying she needs a cap without checking if a filling could have been done instead.

Great staff and dentist. Everyone was friendly and nice and provided the best care for my child. My questions were answered thoroughly and I felt that my needs were met. Great communication with staff as well.

I loved Dr. Cao, my girls used her. When I had an option for my niece I took her too. We now live about 75 miles away so seeing her is harder. I called in early January as my niece just got braces and the orthodontist wanted a took pulled. I was told on the call that Dr. Cao would need to “evaluate” it 1st. I asked that they make an exception since we live so far away. They needed to consult with the doctor. I was called back and said that they would be able to do it in one appointment.. great got it scheduled. Show up for the appointment today and there is a screaming child that they are having a very difficult time working on. Proceeds to cause the office to go over 30 minutes late. So now we are 30 minutes past our appointment time I knew when they put us in the examination section of the office and not the section that gets work done that they had no plans to do the extraction. They notified me that they would only be doing an evaluation today and that we would have to come back for the actual extraction.. I reminded them that I had requested that this be done all in one visit and that it had been approved. The dental hygienist told me that Dr. Cao’s time was very valuable and that she did not have the time to do it today. This is because another patient took way more than the lot of time for their appointment and we had to pay the price. Because we live so far away this cost us an entire day of school for less than a five minute appointment. It just seems like getting extra visits in are more important than the care of the patient. There was no concern when I said we would not be back. After using this doctor for close to 20 years we will not be going back..

Really hard to get an appointment here. And when you do they cancel without notice. They said they "tried to call several times last week" but when I go back to check on my call log, there's nothing. So now instead of getting my child's soft enamel taken care of they said he had to get reevaluated so this is just pushing the process back further for him. The staff is nice and we like our dentist but I don't appreciate my appointment being cancled with out ever talking to me.
