The doctors are simply wonderful. My child is usually very fussy, but there he behaved perfectly because the doctors interacted with him so well. He even forgot he was in a dental office! 😁 A great place, I liked everything. I had some problems with the English language, but they sorted everything out. They provided me with an interpreter. I want to thank them all for the facilities they provided.

We always have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Kneel and Dr. Marshall at Greenspring Pediatric Dentistry! From the moment we walked in well over 5 years ago and ongoing-the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient. Dr. Kneel and the other providers, assistants and office staff are an amazing team and have a way with children and parents that is calm, kind, and reassuring—making what could be a stressful visit feel easy and even fun. Everything was explained clearly, and we truly felt heard and cared for as parents. The office is clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. We are so grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist and highly recommend Dr. Kneel and Dr. Marshall along with the entire Greenspring team! My son will for sure be a patient until he ages out of course!

I am so thankful for Dr Marshall. My son needed dental surgery. Dr Marshall was amazing through the whole process. He wouldn’t just talk to me, but he talked to my son during every appointment and the day of surgery. He personally called to check in on my son later in the day. You can tell Dr Marshall was made to be a pediatric dentist.
