Great staff and dentists! They made my 3 year old completely comfortable for his first visit ever to the dentist. He had to go back for a cavity and the bedside manner of the dentist and nurse was great! He was totally comfortable and not scared at all. He was so excited to get his tokens and wants to go back to the dentist everyday now lol. Definitely will continue going here and recommend to other parents!

Recently I visited Main Street CD&O with my 7-year-old grandson to have his annual exam, and cleaning including x-rays. Beyond the obvious very child-friendly facilities, the doctor and entire admin staff were wonderful. Deserving special recognition, however, were two licensed and highly certified professionals: "Ms Terry, his X-Ray technician and "Ms. Winta, his Hygienist. Both exhibited the kindness, compassion, and most importantly, patience to help guide young children through the process which for even adults can be discomforting at times. Despite all the advances in medical technology today, the human touch still matters most.

They have done amazing work making my sons teeth straight. Front desk staff is super friendly. The orthodontist and the staff are wonderful and appointments are thorough but fast. His teeth look wonderful. Would highly recommend

The care and attention from the dental hygienist and dentist was great. They answered my questions and while we did have to wait for the dentist it wasn’t too long. My daughter got xrays and the staff kept her as ease. Overall a positive experience for my 5 year old. I cannot give 5 stars due to issues with scheduling. Having more and more issues getting a timely appointment even 6 months out. This time was the 3rd time in our history with Main Street Dental that the office notified us to cancel our original appointment (maybe 2/3 weeks prior to our appointment that was on the books for 6 months) and we had to reschedule. That meant additional days off work for me due to the office scheduling errors. It was also more frustrating since when you schedule they did not guarantee a dentist to be present at the appointment. The care we get from the visit makes us come back but the difficulty getting an appointment and then the possibility of them canceling has made me start to look at other practices.

Always super sweet! The dentist walked past us and recognized up from our previous visit , we’ve only been here 2 other times in my kids 3 years so that made me feel good. My kids are three and they are able to make the feel comfortable and/or calm them down and be able to finish whatever Is happening
