Extremely concerning and disappointing experience with this pediatric dental clinic. We brought our 3-year-old daughter in for what were described as two minor dental issues. We were then told she “needed” 8 teeth treated under general anesthesia. This number later changed to 10 before the procedure, and after our child was already under anesthesia, we were informed it had increased again to 12 teeth. This repeated change in treatment plan and number of procedures raises serious concerns about the consistency and reliability of the diagnosis and treatment planning. There was a clear lack of transparency and proper explanation regarding why the treatment scope kept changing, especially after consent had already been given. In addition, we were not satisfied with the final outcome, and the appearance of her teeth after treatment changed significantly compared to before the procedure, which was very upsetting for us as parents. Overall, this experience left us with serious concerns about trust, communication, and clinical decision-making in this clinic. I strongly recommend that parents seek a second independent opinion before proceeding with any major treatment here, especially under general anesthesia.

They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. They play with appointment dates and bring in unnecessary “mediators” instead of handling things properly. I even asked them directly: why give me a fake appointment? When I showed up, they told me there was no appointment at all. It got worse — after I confronted them, they contacted my insurance company and falsely claimed that I didn’t want coverage. Because of that, my children’s insurance was cancelled without my consent. Now I’m forced to reapply and start everything from zero. This is unacceptable behavior and caused real damage to my family. I strongly do NOT recommend anyone to deal with them.
