My son needed to go to a new dentist after his old one scheduling was a bit much and they was able to squeeze us in less than 1 day due to my new job. We went today and I was impressed and amazed. We were out of there less than 40 minutes. They were professional, fast and provided a nice toy for my son for doing so good. We will be back for his 6 month check up.

Excellent experience with Dr. Kyle Hing. He filled my child’s cavity without numbing him. There was no pain and no tears, just happiness and a great visit. I’m definitely impressed and will continue to come

This place is a great place kids love to go usually kids get scared and everything but my son is always OK with it to go there. He’s happy and comfortable so they really take care of the kids. Very nice..

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE IF YOU WANT TRANSPARENT INFORMATION. The doctor is fine but I will not be taking my child back to this office due to their horrendous staff. The office sent me a statement with NO information on it and when I requested a complete statement for services I was told to call my insurance company and that they could only provide me a ledger but that they would not be giving me a proper statement to show full costs. I was attempting to explain that they needed to provide a proper statement just like a hospital or any business for that matter and the staff cut me off and I told them to stop cutting me off and let me finish my sentence and they then proceeded to hang up on me. It is unfortunate that this office has such a horrible staff. I have never been so disrespected when asking for information. It's unfortunate the doctor is unable to find good help. I will also be filing a complaint with the insurance company and the state of Michigan if I do not receive an itemized bill as requested. Formal request was submitted via phone (when they hung up on me) and their webite. I kept a screen shot of my message before I submitted to their office. We will see if they actually respond and provide the requested itemized bill. Edit: With all due respect your office staff would not allow me to finish my sentence and then hung up on me when I asked them to let me finish my sentence. I will still be escalating this due to the fact that from what I can see based on specific federal and state laws you are obligated to provide a detailed statement that includes the proper billing codes when requested. Your office was only able to provide screen shots from your computer. Which is hardly acceptable. I will say the staff member I spoke to today in your office was polite but still struggled to provide what was requested. As an additional note: I contracted with your office not the insurance company and they were not requesting payment from me your office was. As a final note: I absolutely did not use any inappropriate language and for your office to imply that is unacceptable.

10 out 10 I recommend. My son has been coming since he was two and it's been amazing ... The daughter Dr. Analgee was amazing definitely and kid friendly. Thank you
