She took the time to explain every single step to my son before doing anything, which helped reduce his anxiety so much and made him feel safe, calm, and comfortable. Today I took my daughter there, and once again we were very impressed. From the moment you walk in, you feel this is a place you can truly trust with your child. The front desk team welcomes you warmly, and the clinical area is simply amazing,modern, child-focused, and thoughtfully designed like a play space. Even simple procedures like X-rays and registration feel like part of a fun experience, and it’s clear the staff are highly trained. When you meet Dr. Schmidt, the experience becomes even more special. With her calm communication, full attention to the child, and efficiency, she turns the appointment into something almost like a performance. Today, my daughter had an extraction and a crown, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. My son had quite a few issues with his teeth and required a lot of work. Dr Arleen and her staff made him feel comfortable and safe. He only has good memories of going to Sprout, which I think says a lot about how good they are at their jobs. When we need to go back for follow ups, he's excited to play in the waiting room and to show them how well we've been taking care of his teeth.
