Took my daughter here for a filling. Wasn’t bad was told to schedule another appointment for cleaning fine no problem until I go to schedule an appointment and the appointments are booked out until next year. The scheduling times and days are ridiculous. Waited for her appointment date only to get a call that the dentist wouldn’t be in that day so had to reschedule which was in 6 months. A year and a half for a cleaning insane.

Went Feb 10, 2025 for what was suppose to be a consult for dental surgery. Their whole system was down. Offered to reschedule but i didn’t have enough PTO. They did a visual exam for us. The we were told to just wait for a call to schedule the surgery with the hospital in about 9 months. We ended up finding a newly opened clinic to take care of the teeth but it’s been so long my son’s teeth got worse and now will need extractions. Still don’t understand how a dental surgery can be pushed out almost a year knowing that cavities eat away at the teeth if left untreated.

Only have had one bad experience here , either than that it’s been a pleasant experience staff has been very kind and gentle with my kids and have made the experience not so scary for them ! My kids feel comfortable here .

I use to like it here until today...I took my son into the room to get a filling and, I was asking questions and do you know the dentist and her assistant just straight ignored me!! Kept talking and talking about their personal lives and acted as if I didn't even exist and did not ask a question. We will never come here again!! Now they talking about their personal lives again...yeah, I will never come here again. Focus on my son's teeth, and stop having personal conversations and don't ignore me if I have questions. They done talked about a wig and each others kids and everything else up in here!! Just rude....period.

The way I and my daughter was treated yesterday is beyond me.. I will never go back to that place which only gave a damn about the somolian and Mexican patients smh we waited 3hours to be seen for an emergency appointment that was scheduled for 1 pm but wasn’t seen unit after 3 for an 8 year old who’s jaw was swollen from infection from a cavity. The pain she had to endure while waiting. Never again will I be treated as a slave. Prejudice at its finest…
