We have always had a great experience at MPDA. However today was above and beyond. Yasmin did a fantastic job making sure my 3 year old was comfortable with all of the equipment and talked her through each step of the appointment! I was very impressed.

We’ve loved Dr. Bates for years — she is simply the best pediatric dentist! She always takes such wonderful care of our kids and makes every visit feel calm, friendly, and fun. Today we met Yasmin for the first time as our hygienist, and she was absolutely fantastic. She got down on my 2-year-old’s level, explained each tool and sound in kid-friendly language, and made the whole cleaning feel like a game. She was patient, gentle, and so genuinely warm — everything you could hope for in someone working with little ones. We left with a happy toddler who actually asked when we could go back! Highly recommend Dr. Bates and her amazing team.

We had such a fantastic experience at the dental office today with my son! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and made him feel completely at ease. Dr. Nickman was gentle, patient, and explained everything in a way that kept us comfortable and confident. The appointment was smooth, thorough, and even enjoyable—he left with a big smile. Truly outstanding care!

We really appreciate every one at MPDA, especially Dr. Nickman and Tatyana, our dental hygienist. They are through, caring, take the time to connect with each of our boys and make the whole experience incredibly positive. Inconvenient hours, rude staff. Not to mention we've had issues with the work done and they have no urgency in fixing it. A cavity literally fell out and more recently we had to go back in to have work fixed because Dr. Lipschultz didn't complete it the first time and my child could not even bite down properly because of all the debris left. It took them days to get us back in to fix it. This place has gone down hill... fast.
