We have had a great experience over the past couple of years. My child is very sensitive to touch, strange noises, etc. and I was dreading her first visit. MPDA made it easy and fun, and has eased into the more challenging parts of the dentist, like x-rays, over a few visits. She actually says that she loves going to the dentist – especially the tokens for prizes at the end!

I have been bringing my children to metropolitan children dental for over 20 years. Their service have been great. I will recommend them to anyone that have children 18 or younger. Dr. Armani is one of the best. Bring your child/children to see her. I can't forget the staff, they are amazing as well.

Took my son in for his first dental appointment. He is 3 and I was wondering how he would do. The hygienist, the dentist and the whole staff were great. They made him feel comfortable, explained everything to him. Gave him stickers when everything was done and a gold coin to put in one of the gumball vending machines for his choice of toy.

Had a great experience at the dentist today, my kiddo is very nervous at the dentist and they were thorough, patient, and kind. They even have an overhead TV (and Disney+!) above the chairs for kids to watch while the hygienist cleans their teeth, and Dr. Flamenbaum was great!

Said they wouldn't take my insurance. Verified with my insurance was verified that it was indeed real and a legit insurance. Booked an appointment and the day of the appointment. They don't have my kid on the books for the appointment. I offered to show them a picture of a tooth on my kid and they don't reply or respond to my text messages or my emails. During the insurance bit I was told the next day someone would call me to verify everything was good. Waited until the day of the appointment when they called to verify I was coming in and I said I never got a call the next day when I was told I would. They resolved the insurance thing and never confirmed it like they said they would. Terrible. Terrible communication. I'm never coming back here
