Our experience at Tooth & Co. was wonderful. Dr. Sakhi and her staff were friendly, calm, and incredibly empathetic. Both of my children had a procedure under general anesthesia and we felt prepared for the procedures with expectations and price. I highly recommend Tooth & Co. to any parent looking for a caring, kid-friendly dental team.

Tooth and Co. has been our go-to pediatric dentist for the past six years, and we couldn't be happier! Both of my kids actually enjoy their visits, thanks to the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. They consistently provide quality work, making dental care a stress-free experience for us. Highly recommend!

We always have a wonderful experience when we visit - high quality care and a very calming environment for our kiddos. They were also amazing the day my daughter fell and nearly knocked her 2 front (adult) teeth out completely at camp this summer. I called on my way to get my daughter, not knowing how bad it was, and they said she could come immediately. Dr. Ellie was able to push her front teeth back into place, answered my panicked call after the visit, and checked in with us proactively. The Dr. and her staff were so calm, steady, and caring throughout the very scary experience for our family.

I had a very negative experience with this dental office and would not recommend them, especially for young children. My son was diagnosed here with five cavities, and the dentist said he needed Valium sedation. I was pressured at the front desk to schedule immediately and told that if I didn’t book right away, it would be very difficult to get another appointment. I was also required to put down a $500 deposit, which made it hard to reconsider later. I was shocked to learn that parents were not allowed in the room with their children. When I asked the dentist to explain the procedure to my son in kid-friendly terms, I was told it was better for him not to think about it. On the day of the procedure, after my husband and I rearranged our schedules for sedation, the dentist was unable to complete any work. My son was left sobbing, traumatized, and medicated — and I was called back to find him in that condition. Afterward, they told me he would now need general anesthesia. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion. The new dentist said he had only three cavities, all of which were filled easily without any sedation. She was kind, explained everything to my son, and made the experience positive. My son even said, “she didn’t yell at me like that other mean dentist.” This office was aggressive about scheduling, relied on unnecessary sedation, and did not provide compassionate care for a young child. Parents deserve time and space to make informed decisions without being pressured, and children deserve to be treated with patience and respect.

Similar to other reviews- we were greatly disappointed in Tooth & Co after going there for 3+ years and trusting the dentist with our kids' treatment plans. Our kids received multiple cavities over the time we went there and it made me feel like a terrible parent for not brushing well enough or taking care of their teeth like I thought I had. Fast forward to the final appointment where we were told my daughter needed to have a tooth extracted because her cavity was too large and have multiple fillings on top of this. My son was told he had 3 cavities. This is when we went to get a second opinion and realized that a) my daughter didn't need any treatment at all. Not one single cavity was found. b) my son had 1 minor 'watch' and no further needs. It's infuriating to think you can trust a dentist with your kids and assume they are there to help but in our case, we feel like we were lied to and did treatments that weren't necessary. Very disappointed in the overall treatment and would highly recommend another opinion before treatments.
