Everyone there was amazing and super friendly! My son had an injury to his tooth and they made the whole process easy and literally painless.

My son had a great experience as a patient and I had a great experience as the patients mom! Everyone was sooo nice!! They were clean, fast, and so friendly, he got a cleaning and most places he complains how the.dental assistant is hurting him but not today! And the looked soo good! The dentist came in and quickly but thoroughly went through my son’s teeth and X-rays coming up with a quick convenient treatment plan to get Bryce’s teeth where they need to be!! Anyways can’t wait to work some more with these guys!

This office staff was amazing! For the Hygenist to the Doctor. I felt so safe and comfortable bringing my son for his dentist appointment. Dr. Vakil explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable! Definitely will recommend to others!

I have been coming to Growing Smiles for three years now and it has always been a great experience. Dr. Vakil is awesome and is always happy to answer any questions I have. But the other day, we had an experience that didn’t really sit right with me. My son had an appointment and he wasn’t feeling the best due to a cough he had (no fever, nothing contagious). I made sure to tell the assistant, Raya about it and let her know he might be fussy. I wasn’t able to reschedule because his symptoms started on a Sunday night so I wasn’t able to let them know about it. Mind you he does great every visit, never cries and stays still, better than any child I know who goes to the dentist. Every request I had, from changing the tv show to asking to sit next to my son, to letting him spit in the sink, Raya sighed and made it seem like it was a big issue for her. She even said at one point “we would have already been done with this cleaning” when my son was crying to be done and get up. Instead of reassuring him, she made the whole experience worse. I was already stressed out because my kid wasn’t feeling his best and she made me feel like such a bad parent for bringing him in. Even though it’s her job to be patient and understanding, especially because she works with children, she was rushing us and rolling her eyes. I am not the typical person to complain about these kinds of things, but when it comes to my son, I will speak up about this unacceptable behavior. I told the receptionist, Sebastian about this and he was so helpful and understanding about the whole situation. He made me feel heard and assured it won’t happen again.
