My sweet 4 year old had her very first appointment on Thursday. She had an AMAZING visit. She was made so comfortable by the entire staff. I was very apprehensive as I knew she had a cavity and was worried to face judgement but it never came. I was comforted and by the time we left I had completed new patient forms form my 1 year old as well and look forward to his first visit. She has some extensive appointments ahead of her but I trust the staff completely and I know she will be taken well care of. Thank you all so very much.

We truly love Mint Hill Pediatric Dentistry. The office is always clean, the staff is welcoming, and appointments run smoothly. We’re almost never waiting long, which I really appreciate. And on the rare day there is a short wait, there’s a small play area that keeps the kids busy, so it’s never a big deal. My child always looks forward to the little surprise they give after cleanings. It’s such a simple thing, but it makes each visit feel fun instead of stressful. The entire team is patient, kind, and very accommodating, and it honestly feels like a great place for kids—especially for their first dental experiences. The TVs on the ceiling are a huge help in keeping kids relaxed, and both the dentist and hygienist are always gentle and take their time. You can tell they really care about how kids feel while they’re there. I also love that the office is handicap accessible. It’s clear they’ve put thought into making the space welcoming for all families. I’m excited to watch this practice continue to grow. With a few small updates down the road, it could be an even better experience overall. We’ve had nothing but positive visits here and would absolutely recommend Mint Hill Pediatric Dentistry to other families.

It was very welcoming when we came in and everyone was so friendly. My daughter usually has an issue with going to the dentist but they were so good with her and she had no issues. She didn’t even cry. I am so glad we switched to you guys and hopefully this will be her dentist for a long time to come! I would definitely recommend this dentist to anyone

Not a pleasant experience for my 9 year old daughter or myself, who was looking forward to her appointment. The dental Assistant/Hygienist, Michelle, didn’t seem happy and looked very out of touch. Definitely did not set the tone for our visit. No greetings, not engaging at all with my daughter, just gave orders to my daughter on how to sit and keep her mouth open/closed during X-rays (which I wasn’t there), it felt passive aggressive and noticed my daughter felt uncomfortable. Thank goodness the doctor came to examine my daughter’s teeth, with a refreshing smile and greeting explaining process to me. Once our appointment was complete, we went to the front desk and Michelle(Dental Assistant/Hygienist) just dropped the paperwork and left us. Literally no greetings from beginning to end from Michelle. Front desk lady asked if my daughter received a toy treat from the hygienist which they give kids, I told her I didn’t get anything, not even a smile for the Hygienist. As side from that- I did express my concerns and complained, the girls at the front desk and I believe manager on duty was very receptive/professional and heard me out. As I looked around within the environment, the people who worked there seemed very professional and smiling/engaging with their patients- I just didn’t get so lucky today myself. 3 stars- for cleanliness, front desk, doctor.

We preferred 8a appointments- but the doors don’t open until 8 so there’s always a delay going back. Exam/cleaning room is one large open room so everyone can hear what is being said about your child. Changed to a different dentist and they diagnosed cavities that were never mentioned during our visits here 6 months prior. The staff in the back was always friendly and personable, but the front desk just always seemed to be going through the motions.
