I brought my 5-year-old daughter in, and the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They made her feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. The staff took the time to explain everything in a way she could understand, which really helped ease her nerves. You can truly tell they care about their patients, especially the little ones!! Dr. Shah was gentle, reassuring, and made the visit a positive experience for my daughter! As a parent, that means everything. I highly recommend this office to any family looking for a caring and professional dental team for their children!

We had such a wonderful experience at this office! From the moment we walked in, everything felt calm and thoughtfully set up for kids. Each patient gets their own private room (which I loved), and my son was able to choose a show to watch during his appointment. It made such a difference. Our previous dentist had one large open room with multiple chairs, and it always felt crowded and overstimulating. This was the complete opposite — quiet, organized, and so much more comfortable. My son did have a small panic moment during the appointment, but the dental assistant was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She never rushed him and helped us calmly work through it. Once his cleaning was finished, he was totally back to himself. The dentist was fantastic — thorough, reassuring, and never pushy about unnecessary treatments. We left feeling confident and well taken care of. So grateful we found this practice!

Both of our children are clients of Pediatric Dentistry of South Charlotte. The staff is always super friendly and always on time. Actually we show up early and we start our appointments early. Both doctors are wonderful with children. The staff is really patient. My oldest child has autism and is super sensitive to the tools going into his mouth. They've always been caring and patient and encouraging to him. I can't say enough good things about this dentistry. Our follow-up appointments are always made really quickly. I love this place.

My children have been coming to this office for about 9 years. I absolutely LOVE this office and staff. They were just around the corner then we moved a good distance away a few years back and still will NOT change offices. Dr Patrick and Dr Vari (even previous Dr that moved on) and the complete staff are so kind, patient, understanding and welcoming! I trust them. Never had a bad experience. HIGHLY recommend.

We have been coming here since my children were 2 years old, and my oldest is now 13—there’s truly no better place! The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating, even with schedule changes and last-minute requests. The technicians are professional, patient, and amazing with kids. They know exactly how to make children feel comfortable and at ease every visit. And Dr. Patrick is simply the best! He has been so attentive and supportive, even guiding us to the perfect orthodontist and checking in throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you’re looking for exceptional care for your children, this is the place to go!
