2 stars only because I’m not sure how to rate this….As we entered my nostrils became very angry with the smell in the waiting room. I immediately thought someone needed to change their baby’s diaper. Unbeknownst to me there was no baby in the waiting room..and then I NOTICED the carpet! First impressions are very important. You should not want your patients to walk in on this being the first impression …… the smell is horrible. Dr. Love was great Update: just got a call from Capital City Pediatrics. They cancelled my child’s appointment because of my Google Review.

Update!!! I post my review when I was at the office and then when they were treating my son the doctor has asked me to talking about the review I posted. The doctor is so rude. She was confirmed with the ladies in front that they ignored me, and then the doctor told me I have to delete my review so they can treat my baby and if I’m not delete them so that mean I’m not feel comfortable to be here to get their service. And I told them the nurse and the doctor here when I first time I came really nice. But I don’t know why this time they are bad, and I will fix my review after my son get treat but the doctor told me if I don’t delete my review so they don’t give my son the service event my son was in the room and they put something in his nose to make him sleep or relax I don’t know because when the doctor tell the lady stop for the service I have to wait for few minutes for them to take off the thing help him breathe on his face. It was rude to tell the client to delete the bad review to get treatment. If the doctor ask me nicely to delete the review i will happy to do that. But the way she commands me make me feel so bad. I feel I got raciest and I call my sister and tell her what happened with me today and she was so upset and told me wait there so she call the police to report the doctor there for force me to delete my review if I want my baby get the service from them, but I say no because I think the nurses there they are so nice and kind I don’t want they get any effect from the other bad people. Me and my son walking to the office and saw 3 ladies sit in the check-in and out room but they didn’t say hi or ask me for help and I know when we go to the doctor office we can not open the window by my self and say “hi, can I check in” I just standing there in front of them face to face to get them attention but they keep talking and event I saw the ladies keep look at me for twice and still did not ask me for any help. Until I see another client walk straight to the window and cut off them and I copy her, only 1 more step and they see me 😏 how funny is that. This is the second visit and I don’t think I will be back. Bad customer service.

Would do 0 stars if I could. Made my daughters 1st appt for 11:30, arrived before 11:20 for paperwork and they still didn't get my daughter back until 30 mins after her scheduled appt. Almost no point in showing up early to accomplish the paperwork. Prepare for 5 sheets of filling out the same questions multiple times. They only want ONE parent to bring the child in and the corner with toys is completely cramped. The open bay is way more open than you would expect, like it was more open than the actual waiting room, no privacy for anyone in it. The way they seem to handle things here I don't think I will be rebooking another appt

My kid loves Dr. Love (yes that's really her name). She has been great with my child. We first went because my son fell and broke his tooth. We wanted to make sure there wasn't any permanent damage. Dr. Love calmed my three year old's fears and was so caring during this visit that we have continued to come to this office. They are on-time, caring, and certainly helped my child to not fear going to the dentist!

I’m don’t see how anyone could write a bad review about this place. It started off rocky, no fault of theirs, I just had to get things done on my end. My neice has been there twice and I have 0 complaints. They didn’t allow me to go in the back while she got a tooth extracted & a filling, so my neice and I both were a little scared, but they took such good care of her and she said she didn’t feel any pain. I completely put my trust in them, and I can understand why parents/guardians may not be allowed in while the child is getting a procedure. It allows the child to trust them, and as a hair stylist I can vouch that kids always do better when the parent allows the stylist to bond with the child and do their job. I’m not saying this is recommended in all situations but I understand their policy and why, because the staff is super kid friendly and my neice loves them and she is an 8 year old big girl! Thank you Capital City😁
