I take both my kids here some have I feel they give u less information before they start procedures and make it seem like u don't have a choice. Are all dentistries supposed to be like this? The nurses are particularly not friendly like so mechanical with their job of course they must be busy and all but we don't deserve to be pushed around like furniture

Dr. Tu and her staff were very patient and kind with my daughter. She took the time to clearly explain the treatment and gently reassure her throughout the process. Whenever my daughter showed discomfort, Dr. Tu immediately adjusted her approach to make her feel more at ease. We truly appreciated her attentiveness and compassion. Will bring my son to this office as well.

I am so thankful to Dr. Wasson and her assistant Andrea. My daughter has been turned away from several dentists due to her gag reflex. She cannot tolerate toothpaste at home or any flavors. She gags when she brushes her teeth at home. she had 4 large cavities on her permanent teeth and I was told by others offices that she could only be helped if she was hospitalized and that she needed root canals. I was told by other pediatric offices that she was too old for pediatric and by adult offices that she was too young. Dr. Wasson tried a few different methods to see what my daughter could tolerate. She did short appointments and Andrea made a custom numbing mouth rinse so she did not gag anymore. Dr. Wasson fixed all of my daughter's molars with white fillings and she is able to eat again and she does not have any pain! Each time we came, we had a different dental assistant and all were very caring and made my daughter feel so comfortable. This is an amazing kind team and we are so happy we found a dental home for my daughter!

We have been seeing Dr. Tu for 10+ years since my oldest kid was a baby. Always great service and detail care. The team is also top notch!

I was previously disappointed with how we were treated because we canceled appointment due to My daughter’s illness… but I understand policy, rules and regulations that must be in place. That being said … Dr. Tu and the office have well exceeded my expectations. My daughter is comfortable, and our treatment at the front office was well received. SHE OBVIOUSLY GIVES A THUMBS UP 👍🏼 Seeing the look on my baby’s face and the comfort she felt while getting her cavities (sugar bugs) filled and spacers because of her pulled teeth… makes me appreciate this office so much!!!
