The first thing is the acceptance of medicaid as I had not been able to find any other dentist in Apex/Cary who accepts Medicaid. The other great factor the kindness and tenderness staff has shown while dealing kids was exceptional. I have found the Doctors and other staff very thoughtfull , kind and competent.

Dr. Raymond was so professional and eased my anxiety regarding my son's frenectomy. The entire office staff was super supportive and informative every step of the way. Before I can even react emotionally about him needing the procedure, it was I've that fast! My son only cranky cries, no real distress and that made me feel better. I highly recommend this place!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about High House Pediatric Dentistry in Cary, NC. I have been taking my autistic son there for the past four years, and I willingly drive all the way from Fayetteville because their level of care is truly unmatched. I have never once been disappointed with their patience, professionalism, or service. Before finding this office, I contacted several pediatric dental practices in my area, only to be told they either did not serve children with autism or that my son was not in the correct age group for their practice. High House Pediatric Dentistry welcomed us with open arms and has treated my son with exceptional compassion and understanding from day one. The dentist, dental hygienists, and entire staff consistently demonstrate a rare combination of high-quality professionalism, genuine patience, and heartfelt care—not only toward my son and me, but toward every parent and child I have seen walk through their doors over the years. Their environment is calm, supportive, and truly inclusive. I will continue to bring my son to this practice for as long as they will allow him. I only wish they had an adult practice as well, so he could continue receiving this same level of outstanding care for years to come. High House Pediatric Dentistry is a blessing to families like ours.

Dr. Ray is AMAZING!!! He genuinely has a passion for these children. He has been our dentist for a few years now, but we had to take our son in to an emergency dentist over the holidays that was NOT Dr. Ray, and it skewed our son’s dental view and made him very nervous and tense about going to the dentist after that. Dr. Ray stepped right back in, talked to our son with such ease and assurance, that he has brought our son back to not being afraid of the dentist. I’ve never met a more passionate, patient, understanding person, and we are so lucky that he’s our dentist!!
