The location is easy to get to and they have a parking lot. They were very friendly and took time to get to know my daughter. Previous place I went to was quick in out bye! My daughter was nervous coming in but now after going keeps asking when is our next visit? She is excited to go again and did great!

I have been bringing my children to this location for almost seven years and today we were discriminated against and told we were not allowed to return. I never leave bad reviews without context, I took my 12 year old son in for a cracked tooth last May which was "repaired". I was told at that time that he did not need a specialist and the fix should hold for at least two years. Fast forward, yesterday the tooth broke and my son is in extreme pain. I attempt to express my frustration with the current dentist and I was immediately shut down. The dentist got up while I was still speaking and left mumbling "she's crazy" under her breath. I remained calm although that was extremely unprofessional and uncalled especially in front of my 3 children. We were told that my son has a serious tooth infection and instead of putting in a prescription for antibiotics, the officer manager (aggressively) begins to detail why I was wrong to express my frustration about his tooth. She also said that I was aggressive and disrespectful in front of my children who sat the entire time watching me remain calm and speak in an even tone. When I attempted to record the exchange for my protection and proof that we were being discriminated against, I was told I cannot record and that we can never return. I immediately contacted my lawyer because I have neverrrr been treated so horribly and especially in front of my children. I plan on taking legal action against them as this was egregious and unnecessary.

First rate experience with an extremely sensitive eight year old girl. The staff was gentle and informative and made my daughter and her very anxious father completely comfortable. Strongly recommend.

Terrible experience.. first off they canceled our first appointment then they rescheduled it so we go to that appointment and get there and they tell me they need a different member ID number for our insurance company which I already gave to them. Then they proceed to tell me that they could see my children if I gave them money upfront for the visit or I could reschedule my visit after I drove 30 minutes to get there. And took the day off work. Beyond frustrating!! Also the lady helping us was very rude. I have not had good experience at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a grandma, I’m very particular about my granddaughter’s care — and this team has been wonderful. Kind, professional, and always respectful. We’re very grateful for them.
