Our daughter Harper loved her experience and Dr. Emily! This was her first visit to the dentist and she was asking to go back the next day :) She was nervous at first but the staff made her feel at ease through the entire process and she loved getting a balloon to take home. The sweetest touch was the welcome sign with all the kiddos coming that day for big events. Thank you Pedodontics!! :)

The dentist is absolutely amazing but the front end staff is not to be trusted. They like to lie and when called out on their lies they kick you out of the premises . I would not feel safe with them having access to my children's health information and personal information. If I could give negative stars I would based on the front end staff's behavior alone. We have been going there for about 10 years and this is not the first time I have caught their front end staff in a lie In regards to my children and their treatment and amounts owed. Do not trust them!

While the dental care is decent, the billing and insurance practices are very deceptive. We have dental insurance and have always had dental insurance. They have continually over billed us for services and not billed insurance correctly. They have you sign a form for new patients that takes all accountability away from them and puts it on you if there’s any discrepancies in the billing. Do not recommend this practice!

How fun! We moved my kids to this office with Dr. Dana after a referral there for a filling on my littlest. It was painless for him and I was so impressed by the personal care Dr. Dana gave him. Now, we see her regularly and my kids are teens. They love her and her staff. We’ve been so well cared for beyond just routine visits. She’s gotten to know us!
