Absolutely love this dentist! Rick and the team here are absolutely wonderful! My daughter was seen for a chipped front tooth- He explained every step to her before and during the process- he gained her trust all along the way. The tooth looks great too! Wonderful experience!! Beyond grateful!

We had a wonderful experience at Smile Station for my daughter’s dental care procedure today. As a parent, it can be stressful when your child needs dental work, but the entire team made the process smooth and reassuring from start to finish. The staff was kind, patient, and great with children. Everything was clearly explained, and I felt informed and supported throughout the visit. My daughter needed fillings and a crown due to cavities, and the procedure went very smoothly. I truly appreciated how organized and professional the team was and how comfortable they made my daughter feel. Seeing her calm and well cared for meant everything to me as a mom. I would absolutely recommend Smile Station to other parents looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care for their children.

Dr. Rick and his team were amazing to work with. My 4 year old son had to get some work done on a tooth and they eased my mind and made it painless and easy for my son. He even said, “Mom, I love going to the dentist!” (The coins for small prizes at the end of the visit might have helped as well.) We’ll continue to travel 2+ hours to see Dr. Karstens and his team!

My daughter is autistic and hates going to dentist and doctors. Dr Amanda is the most amazing dentist ( or human being for that matter) that we have ever encountered. She is very gentle with Melody and explains everything to her before she does it. If she has anxiety she stops and wait until Melody say “ok” wish l could give more than 5 stars!!!!

We absolutely love smile station! I drive 45 minutes one way just to take my boys here! The drive is longer than the appointments haha. Everyone is super nice, it’s fast and my kids love it. They’re also so patient and caring with the little ones who are a little scared/upset! Both locations are perfection
