Today was our second visit at this clinic. Our first visit with the male doctor was good, so we trusted the clinic and came back. But this second visit was very disappointing. Without explaining anything, they switched us to a different doctor (a female doctor), and the whole appointment felt rushed from the beginning. They did show us the cavities, but it felt like, “Here are the cavities, you need surgery, go schedule it now,” and that was it. There was no real explanation, no walking us through the process, no care our feeling or anything. It felt like they just wanted us to agree quickly and leave. As first-time parents, hearing that our baby needs surgery and will be put to sleep is extremely scary. Instead of helping us understand, they made it seem like this was the only option and we needed to decide right away. We left the clinic feeling shocked, confused, and not supported at all. Our first visit was great, but this second visit felt rushed and uncaring, and we didn’t feel like we received good service or communication. We hope the clinic will take more time to explain things clearly and be more patient with parents, especially when it comes to serious decisions about a child’s health.

The staff at Abq Ped Dental Associates have been so kind and easy to work with. I was very happy with my children’s appointments. They were very sweet to my kids during their exams and cleanings and made sure to answer all questions and address all concerns. I’m very happy with their care.

We got there early. They didn't really care about my daughter's teeth or how she felt. I felt like they just wanted us out of there. They said she needed surgery but didn't schedule her until July 2026. I left with my daughter all emotional. They weren't much help with her feelings. As a mom trying to make my daughter more comfortable, it was a lot for me. They weren't helping either. I'm never bringing my daughter here again.

Both my kids go here and it’s been great, all of the staff are friendly and super supportive to the child’s needs :) definitely recommend! They even gave goodie bags during the holidays on top of their usual bag

We are from out of town and they did great at reminding for appointments and giving us a chance to fill out paperwork before arriving to the appointment. Once there they got us in quickly and he felt very comfortable with the dr. He listened to all our concerns and we feel great about our future appointments.
