Upon arrival the girls immediately went to the activities in the waiting room while I filled out double paperwork for twins. The staff in the front was very friendly. Shortly we were called back and the dentist and others who were back there gave my twin girls the best 1st Dentist appointment they could possibly have. The girls weren't scared at all they showed them lots of love and talked to them making it more comforting. They also gave them lolipops and toothbrush bags. While leaving we were given these cute cavity free certificates that I will keep in their baby books forever. While reading the comments it felt like I was reading the wrong place because this place was amazing with my girls and we cannot wait to come back in 6 months! Thank you so much to the staff for this experience.

My Grandson had a bad tooth ache. So not only did they see us right away the first day. They also saw him twice the next day. Because of my concerns. They are very professional and kind. Im very happy that Dr Neito and his staff are my grandkids New dentist office.

My daughter recently started coming here. We moved from out-of-state. This dentist, israelmed differently than the ones we've attended, but so far they'd be great. I've had no problems with them and my daughter has not either

This place is a mess. I tried to talk to the receptionist for some answers about an appointment she didn't have anything to say. I asked if I could talk to the Dr. She said no hes in a meeting. She basically didn't know how to answer me so she kept putting me on hold without even saying anything. She sound like a broken record. She could've just let me talk to a supervisor or someone else who could give me answers instead of putting me on hold 8 times. Also my son had an appointment yesterday and a new lady tried to get his xray without him putting on the vest she also didnt know how to use the equipment. This place is unprofessional. Please don't take your children here.

I'd give this place no star if possible. Brought my 2 daughters for their appointments. Front desk and techs were great. The Dr however was rude and rough with my first daughter, gave her tons of numbing shots and walked out. No encouragement or enthusiasm to ease my childs mind when it came to talking about extraction. Went on to to my second daughter's room, she was nervous and began to cry and she asked for a minute to calm down. The Dr sat down, and refused to do any treatment as "she was going to be difficut" he told us to be referred out to the hospital for anesthesia instead. I explained it hadn't been a great experience with my oldest at IHS and he undermined my parenting and told me "well I don't want to create a bad experience here for her, go to the hospital, its the same treatment idk how the hospitals are on the reservation but here will be at UNM or presbyterian". I walked out with both of my kids and refused any service they were going to do. No treatment was done. Not a great atmosphere for a "childrens" dentistry. If the Dr can't handle children being nervous and scared he should stick to adults. Never will I step foot in this place again.
