The Dentist turn around is terrible, they have a new one every 6 months when we go. Sometimes they are good, sometimes not. No matter the time you make your appointment for you will be waiting 20+ minutes in the waiting room and the kids waiting area is digusting its like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. All the toys have black gunk from dirty hands built up on them.

Everyone from the front office to the dentist are polite understanding kind, and talk to you like you’re a human not a number. Got new insurance on January 1 They did not send a card yet- and The Billing Dept was able To locate our insurance information. I had a zero dollar co-pay. The reception made me feel welcomed, not a burden and everywhere it’s clean. I see somebody cleaning all the time. My kids have been patients at least 10 years. I share With friends and family Smiles for kids every time.

This Smiles for Kids Dentistry East has been great with my kid. The assistants explained the procedure (cavity fillings) to my son. She reassured him in a calm and gentle manner. And the Dentist was equally calm and gentle in preparing for the drilling. My son was very nervous but they helped him through it. Our experience with this Smiles for kids and all their staff from the moment we walked through the doors till we left was very positive. We recommend this Dentistry, my son has been going to this one for about 4 yrs. We thank all the staff for their kindness and patience.😊😁

I was very disappointed with our recent visit. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete paperwork that I had already filled out ahead of time, and there was confusion with my children’s information. Staff even asked if my kids were twins because their ages were marked the same. When I later reviewed the paperwork, I saw that my son’s and daughter’s names had been crossed out and swapped on each other’s forms, which was concerning. The children’s play area appeared dirty, many toys were broken, and there were steps that felt unsafe for small children. Unfortunately, my daughter fell down the steps while playing there. When we were taken back, my children were placed in an open area with multiple chairs instead of a private room, which I don’t feel is ideal for young kids. The dental exam itself felt extremely rushed — the dentist looked at each child’s mouth for only a few seconds. I was also concerned about hygiene, as the dentist touched my baby’s mouth, then touched a light that I did not see cleaned, and then returned to my baby’s mouth. This was especially disappointing because it was my son’s first dental visit, and he was very excited, but no one made the experience feel welcoming or acknowledged him. Overall, the visit felt rushed and disorganized. Due to this experience, I will not be returning.

By far the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. From the staff to the way they run business. My daughter and son were supposed to have been scheduled for cleanings this week. Come to find out they had my daughter scheduled for a procedure. She is only 3 and was not in need of any procedures come to find out they “must have mixed her chart with someone else” told me they’d call me back to schedule cleanings because they had to adjust her chart. Haven’t heard back. Go back a year ago when I should have picked a new dentist. I waiting over 9 months to get my sons fillings on a cavity for a tooth that was hurting him so badly. When we get in they give him sedation meds and barely wait but 5 mins for it to kick in. It had not kicked in by the 5 mins so they said they’d have to schedule him for a surgery appointment we got to the car not even 15 mins after the meds were given and my son could not walk or talk completely sedated. So I asked can the procedure be done. Had they waited 10 more mins he’d of been fine to do it without surgery the dentist said I don’t have time to wait for your kid to be sedated I have a lot of other children waiting today! Surgery was then scheduled which was another 6 months out! By the time he had the procedure his tooth was so badly infected it was causing him to be physically ill! After this last weeks incident I will never return and will be contacting news stations. This place is a joke!
