My son Joseph really enjoyed it at first he was afraid but then the dentist assistant really made him happy and comfortable. I will give a five-star rating. Joseph is only 7 years old he had a good time and they sealed his four wisdom teeth 🪥 cleaned and brushed his teeth too. The technician was awesome! I will highly recommend this place to others.

From the moment we checked in everyone was happy to be there. They let my son explore and the scenery was calming for him. The assistants were very friendly and welcoming making my son comfortable every step of the way and explaining what they are doing. The doctor was professional and to the point on what needs to be done and how it was needing to be done as soon as possible. When we left to set up another appointment the receptionist was able to set up the surgery for my son’s procedure next month with minimal worry on my mind. The environment was great and positive not feeling anxious. Loved every minute of their work and would recommend to anyone that has kids going to the dentist for the first time. Thank you all!

I have never encountered such an awful medical practice in my entire life. We were so excited to come here as new patients initially. We show up on a Friday and their internet was down- so they quite literally kicked out 30 people waiting. Fine. They schedule us for the next day. We arrive. Now their computers were down- as in wouldn’t “turn on”. Once again- they kicked out everyone waiting. Now, I have to question a place when none of their equipment is working. No courtesy for the fact I drove 30 minutes TWO days in a row and still never was able To be seen. Then, with a straight face, they asked if I wanted to come back later in the day for an appointment. Absolute joke of a practice.

Came here from a recommendation from a friend after having a few pretty bad experiences with other pediatric dentists with my kids. My little guy required work in the hospital setting. I was able to get in pretty quickly for a consultation. I met a different dentist for consultation in the office, I think she was Dr. Tina. She was really good. Dr. Call did the dental work in the hospital. He communicated very well what to expect and was positive in each interaction, quickly making me feel at ease. (I was super concerned because of the poor experience we had at previous dental offices). Dental and scheduling staff have also been great at communication. It’s a bit of a drive for us as we are about 40 minutes away but it’s worth it for the good care they provide!

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent visit for my 2-year-old’s dental cleaning. We arrived on time and checked in at the first building. The front desk staff member instructed us to sit in the lobby, but we were never called. After waiting for about 20 min, I went back to ask the same staff member for an update, and that’s when I was told we were in the wrong building. I was never informed that we needed to go to a different building at check-in. I then went to the other building, where the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to reschedule us for 2:00 PM since we had missed the original appointment due to the miscommunication. I was at the clinic since 12:30 I didn’t leave till 2:10. Once we were seen, the cleaning itself went very smoothly. The provider and medical assistant were both very kind and professional, and we had a positive experience during the actual appointment. I would recommend that patients be clearly advised at check-in which building they need to go to, as this would help prevent confusion and long wait times. The entire visit was overwhelming, especially considering the cleaning itself took less than five minutes after such a long
