I had a wonderful experience with Smiles for Kids Dentistry, very professional, knowledgeable, and caring individuals who provided excellent care to my son. Would definitely recommend and return if needed. Dr.Wells did an excellent job on fixing my sons cavities and placing crowns/caps. He handled the procedure with the upmost care and compassion insuring it went smooth and painlessly for my kiddo thank you again. And thank you Manny for being an amazing technician and taking good care of my kiddo while he was under your care.

The Dr and the team of hygienists who took care of my kids were great! They work really well with kids and my kids felt comfortable with them. They have a fun play area as well. However, the front desk staff were not well managed and kept my family waiting for an hour and a half after our appointment times. They just kept saying the Dr was running behind, yet kids who came in after us were getting pulled back. We had to provide information twice and I’m not sure what happened to our personal information the first time I provided it. The front desk staff could use more training in order to be knowledgeable and mature enough to take care of kids and families.

From the moment we checked in everyone was happy to be there. They let my son explore and the scenery was calming for him. The assistants were very friendly and welcoming making my son comfortable every step of the way and explaining what they are doing. The doctor was professional and to the point on what needs to be done and how it was needing to be done as soon as possible. When we left to set up another appointment the receptionist was able to set up the surgery for my son’s procedure next month with minimal worry on my mind. The environment was great and positive not feeling anxious. Loved every minute of their work and would recommend to anyone that has kids going to the dentist for the first time. Thank you all!

We have visited this place three times for my son's appointments, and they never call us in at the exact scheduled time. They just leave us sitting there while all the Americans go ahead of us; it seems that, because we are Latinos, they make us wait. There is a great deal of racism in this state. We may not have been born in the United States, but we are American citizens—and we have rights, too. Make no mistake about it.

We’ve been going here for years for both my girls. We went yesterday and it felt very cold and medical. Though efficient, from a time spent standpoint, I don’t feel like they spent any time actual talking to or interacting with either of my kids (5 & 6) or myself for that matter. It was like a conveyer belt and it felt very rushed. I’m not sure and can’t speak to the quality of the care provided to both my kids as we were there for a total of 19 minutes and this included X-rays, brushing, exams, & fluoride treatments for 2 kids. While I appreciate the shorter visits, I don’t feel like we were a priority.
