My friend goes here with her 3 kids and she recommended them to me, I went with her to speak to the lady at the desk on November 13th and she asked for my insurance card and ID, She took a copy of my insurance card (front and back) and stated that she needed to verify my insurance before any appointment was made, after waiting for a bit she said that everything was verified and that the she could schedule me in December. Closer to my daughter's appointment I get a text message saying that they don't have any insurance on file & asking how I would like to pay? I told them the lady already took it but they said she never saved anything in the system. They tell me that I could bring it in on my appointment and they'll take it there. When I get there I give the girl with the colored hair my insurance and she's like "You need to have this verified before we see you" I told her the girl took it in November and said I was already verified which was why she made the appointment " her response was "Well we check insurance cards every month and yours wasn't checked" I asked her then why didnt you check this on the 1st knowing this appointment was coming up? With an attitude she's Like "idk but we close at 5pm so if I check this insurance your daughter might not be seen" after supposedly "checking" she tells me she can't verify anything and that they need to "call" the insurance but that could take a week, I told her that I have never heard of that from ANY Dentistry and i didn't understand how the first receptionist could find me in the system just fine but you can't, otherwise i would have made an appointment somewhere else. (Not once was i told that insurance is checked monthly excuse) not even the person texting me said anything, they even said to bring my card in and everything could be verified in the office. So that's a total lie. Her response was "Idk what to tell you but we close at 5 so you're daughter can't be seen today, we can reschedule a month out" I said don't bother with that I'll go somewhere else and take my friends kids with me. Unprofessional, uninformative, and rude. All for what? To lose 4 patients all at once? You need to hire better people at your reception.

This was the first successful cleaning my daughter has had. They were very patient and playful with her, I highly recommend this place. They're awesome with children.

Since I moved in 2022 to Summerlin I have been taking my children here. I absolutely love the staff always polite. My children like going to their appointments. Thank you for always having a positive attitude and great service!
