Wonderful experience as always. The dentist removed my son’s baby tooth that wouldn’t fall out. He received a token for the toy machine and we got a school note without even asking.

Brought my 2.5 year old daughter for her first cleaning, and she did wonderful! The staff is great, and the dentist was so kind. They walk them through each step, and have so much patience. (My daughter loved being able to watch tv with headphones, and wear cool sunglasses during the appointment) Highly recommend this place!

Always a nice visit when I take my daughter as well as accommodating with scheduling. I have recommended them to other moms who enjoy their services as well.

Today was my child’s first visit for a regular check-up. The staff at the front are very welcoming and professional. We didn’t wait very long for our appointment at all. The doctors in the back were friendly and answered all of my questions. I was given a treatment plan for our next visit which includes anesthesia. I asked and was told they don’t allow a parent in the room with your child while your underaged child is under anesthesia and laughing gas. I get it if that’s their rules, but I gave 3 stars because after expressing I wasn’t okay with it and that we may not continue the procedure at this location, the doctor’s assistant started talking over me and seemed to take it personal. Other than that, I liked this establishment.

My insurance wouldn’t cover the general anesthesia at the dental office that I had initially brought my son to. This led me to find another pediatric dentist credentialed to do my son’s dental work under anesthesia in a surgery center clinic. He is on the Spectrum and wasn’t cooperating at all with the first dentist, so they thought it’d be the safest option for my son to do his dental exam/cleaning and dental work under anesthesia. I then found Pediatric Dental Care Associates. They met the insurance criteria and better than that, had great reviews, so I scheduled my son for a second opinion for his dental care. Boy am I glad the events led me to this office with Ruby (the dental assistant) and Dr. McGee. I fought back tears as I watched my son cooperate far more than he did at his prior dentist experience. The Doctor also recommended to just watch the teeth concerns going on, and suggested that nothing was concerning enough to need to use general anesthesia. She encouraged a 3 month follow up to keep a good watch on the two areas of concern and said this would also creat a good habit of him getting use to the dentist visits each time he comes. I am so happy my son feels comfortable at this office and that he is developing good oral hygiene habits by having such a caring and compassionate staff. Dr. McGee even told Ruby to make note to bring my son into the same room and have the same dental assistant (Ruby) when she sees him for a follow up in 3 months, so that everything is familiar for him. I’m just blown away. I’d confidently recommend this office to anyone. The entire staff is super sweet.
