Yesterday my son had some dental work done. Including 2 extractions due to crowding. Dr. Milne and Jasmine were the ones to do his work. They are absolutely amazing at making both of us feel safe, and in good hands. I recommend them 100%. Granted my son is pretty brave but I believe the whole atmosphere gives off a very pleasant vibe. The game room was a fun way for me and my son to enjoy waiting for his sedative to kick in. We love this dentist.

Dr. Milne and Jasmine were so good with my 8 month old the process was easy and well explained. Overall the whole staff was nice welcoming and friendly.

100% kid friendly! They make it very comfortable for kids. The staff is super friendly and professional. They have an arcade, frozen yogurt machine, plenty of Popsicles, and a fridge full of bottled water. I have zero complaints and am so happy to have found them. Dr Milne and Meleny were AMAZING!

I’ve been bringing my family to this dental office since my oldest was 13. Over the years, we’ve trusted them with everything—from braces to major dental procedures that required my child to be put under. Up until recently, our experience had always been exceptional. However, within the past year, things have taken a serious turn—and not for the better. New policies are now being enforced unfairly, using missed appointments from BEFORE the rule change as grounds to label us “noncompliant.” I was told my child missed three appointments, which is absolutely incorrect. I am extremely diligent when it comes to scheduling and canceling appointments—I don’t take that lightly. In fact, I clearly remember missing an appointment in February due to an emergency at the funeral home where I work. I felt terrible about it. Yet Vanessa dismissed my concerns entirely, stating that because I couldn’t recall the name of the staff member I spoke to over a year ago, there was “nothing she could do.” To make matters worse, she went on to say that we should have been discharged as patients last year. No empathy. No effort to understand. No accountability. We were never notified—by mail or otherwise—about any policy changes. You do not treat loyal families this way after over a decade of trust and commitment. What was once a warm, family-oriented practice now feels cold and profit-driven. Vanessa didn’t even bother asking why my son needed an urgent appointment—that alone speaks volumes. I will not be recommending this office again.

Just took my 6 year old for an extraction and fillings and Dr. Milne, Jasmine, and all the receptionists were very attentive, they explained everything with care and my little one even got an extra coin for their toy machine! 😇 they have a nice playroom for the kids and the service was just beyond exceptional! thank you to everyone at The Kids Dentist!
