If I could leave zero stars I would!!!!! The office manager/ finance manager was trying to bully my husband into paying a co-pay for a preventative service and stated we’ve been getting over in the pass not paying a co pay so they wer waived, which is untrue! With my insurance we are covered at 100% for two preventative service a year….then she had the audacity to say “ you’re not the only person this has happened to”. And went on to say “Im sure you pay a co-pay for your cleaning when you go to the dentist” the nerve of her….Completely and utterly Incompetent!!!! My daughter is 4 years old and only get cleanings 2x a year witch are 100% covered under my insurance! They also tried to bully us into getting x-ray and fluoride treatment which she already had 6 months ago or longer, trying to make us pay for extra services! If they had looked in her chart they would’ve known that she had already those services done! She also had the nerve to tell me to give her grace because the office was under new management, this office has been through so many different managers in the 3 short years that my daughter been coming there! She also stated she can pull up my policy to tell me what my coverage is, I told her I know what is covered and I don’t need you to pull up nothing for me… for all I know she can pull up anything and say whatever she wants! I was very unhappy with the office/finace manager incompetence and lack of knowledge of the patience that are seen there. My husband paid the payment he was bullied into paying and wasn’t even giving a receipt! .She also stayed she can schedule her next 6 month appointment until the a payment was received(the co pay that we don’t have and never have). I want a full refund and would like to speak with the owner and/or a corporate office. As far as the person who cleaned her teeth they were nice and polite, no issues there! I want a receipt with a itemized list of service rendered for my daughter appointment! Who even takes a payment and doesn’t give the customer a receipt…. Crazy!

The new dentist is wonderful and so good with my kiddos! He takes time to talk and explain things too while helping my kids to not feel nervous. There have been quite a lot of dentists in and out, and he is by far our favorite!

Every body was an absolute delight and informative. Clean and easy to entertain my toddler while his sister was being scene. Fast, friendly and accepts a wide range of insurances. Would def recommend.

We had originally made our new patient appointment at 10am with our 19 month old. It was 10:50 and we had yet to be called back and we were told they didn’t know how much longer it would be, we will just have to wait. Our son was not going to last much longer, so we rescheduled for the following week at 8am. Much to their dismay. Yes it was a very cold day, but no texts or emails stating they were closed. We pulled in at 7:50 and no one at the building. So we waited thinking maybe they were running late. 8:05 we gave up. We received a text at 8:15 staring that the office was closed that day. Totally unprofessional between the two visits being new patients and being treated like that, we will never go back again. Not how you treat people.

I brought my 2 kids in for their 6 month check up and it was an amazing experience! From checking in to the actual appointment, one had an X-ray, and both had a cleaning. In and out in 20 minutes - the most efficient service I've ever received! The staff is very nice and patient as well!
