We had originally made our new patient appointment at 10am with our 19 month old. It was 10:50 and we had yet to be called back and we were told they didn’t know how much longer it would be, we will just have to wait. Our son was not going to last much longer, so we rescheduled for the following week at 8am. Much to their dismay. Yes it was a very cold day, but no texts or emails stating they were closed. We pulled in at 7:50 and no one at the building. So we waited thinking maybe they were running late. 8:05 we gave up. We received a text at 8:15 staring that the office was closed that day. Totally unprofessional between the two visits being new patients and being treated like that, we will never go back again. Not how you treat people.

Wow to see so be many negative reviews to one dentist is crazy. I too had a negative experience there and left to take my daughter elsewhere. We were there for several years but the dentist and staff were not friendly and I didn’t leave sooner because it was hard to find another children’s dentistry near by. Finally found another dentist better and closer to home. I hope they read their reviews so they can improve their establishment.

4 biannuals and an oral surgery within the same hour for one doctor is insane. When we arrived the doctor was in surgery. An hour and 15min later, the doctor was still in surgery with no guess of when she'd be done to examine our 2 that already received xrays and hygiene or the next 2 kids that had xrays and were almost done with hygiene. We had to leave without an exam. Rebecca was great per usual and very kind and efficient. The front office staff was kind also. The scheduling needs alooot of improvement. I've managed a dental office and oral surgery gets it's own day to allow for unpredictability. This was not a great visit, but I understand that things happen, especially in bad winter weather.

Dr. Kirk, (I think that's his name) & assistant *Jayla had the greatest energy; greatest service. The environment felt more like being around friends instead of a "cold" dentist all about business. I believe my daughter was comfortable. OCD will be the place for all my daughters dental appointments.

Lobby is clean. They have an area where the children who's waiting can watch movies or play with the toys. The staff is friendly and nice. After your child see the dentist they get a prize on their way out.
