Great place for children. They are friendly and great with them! The kiddos get a coin at the end and get to pick out a prize. They are very friendly with the children making it a comfortable place for them to come and get their teeth cleaned and worked on.

I really didnt like the whole experience. They have this open area where there are three seats side by side for kids teeth cleaning and examination. They didnt allow me to go with my 9yr old kid and mentioned that me being in the common area could affect the privacy of other patients and they allow only 1 parent, i asked them how about my kid’s privacy with other parent being next to her and no answer from the staff. Really dont understand why they have open examination room where there is no privacy to any patients. Staff is good, doctor was in a hurry and not explained everything in detail, i had to ask multiple times for clarity. I will not be visiting again and do not recommend for anyone.

I was nervous due to experiences with a previous pediatric dentist. My daughter has Down syndrome and can be very hesitant with dentists. The staff here was amazing, made her feel so comfortable and really engaged with her. She left her appointment excited to show off her “sparkly teeth” and to come back again. It means so much to me that they were able to accommodate her and make her feel safe. The office is so cute with everything a patient could need or like, it’s not over stimulating, and is welcoming to all.

After having such a rough experience at a different pediatric dentist, coming to Spring & Sprout has been such a complete difference, with the atmosphere and all of the workers. They are all so nice and welcoming, our experience today was so great, the hygienist Kim really worked so well with my daughter and made the experience so fun for her. Love spring & sprout 🦷🪥

Wasn’t impressed. Took my 2.5 year old here for the first time. We showed up at 10:20 (for 10:30 appointment) and by 11 I was asking how much longer and they said probably another 15 minutes. That’s too long for a 2 year old to be waiting. He was bouncing all over the place and starting to get out of hand. She asked if I wanted to reschedule!? Like, no I’d like my original appointment. I expected a pediatric dentist office to understand how toddlers are. Then we get back there and they didn’t ease into the appointment at all just expected him to sit on the chair and get started but he didn’t understand (I tried telling him days leading up to the appointment but he’s 2). So I had to bear hug him while he kicked and screamed. Not sure what they even accomplished in the struggle lol then waited another 5-10 minutes for the dentist to come look. Meanwhile EVERYTHING in that room was his level (sinks, computer, other devices, the SHARP dental instruments, gauze pads, literally everything so I was sweating by the time they got back trying to keep my curious 2 year old out of everything). Overall this may be an ok place for older kids (5 and older probably) but not for toddlers. There was nothing to play with in the waiting room either except some books and one bead toy that he lost interest in real quick. This place had great reviews but honestly, I don’t see why. I’ll be looking for other options.
