If you want to risk not receiving treatment, I would not recommend this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for my child because they have a toothache. The first time I came, I was told there was no interpreter available, so my appointment was rescheduled. The next time, I came again and this time they did provide an interpreter. During that visit, my child was finally seen and we were given a treatment plan. Before leaving, I specifically asked if an interpreter would be provided for the next appointment, and they clearly said yes. However, when I came in for the treatment appointment, they told me there was no interpreter and said they “thought” I would come with my husband. Yes, my husband came to a previous visit and understands a little English, but it was never discussed or agreed that I must come with him. Because of their poor communication and lack of responsibility, my child has been in pain for over a month without proper treatment. This is completely unacceptable. There is no information anywhere stating that patients must bring their own interpreter, and I was clearly told one would be provided. Very unprofessional experience.

We have been bringing our children to clover kids for a few years, and we couldn't be happier. From routine cleanings to fillings, every experience has been professional and positive yet FUN! The entire team is wonderful with kids. They also get a gold coin afterwards and can pick a treat of their liking! The staff and Dr. always go the extra mile to make the kids feel comfortable and that you are well educated. Answering all questions you may have. We are so grateful to have such a caring and trustworthy dental practice for our children.
