I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the only peds dentist there was. From my first time calling to today's visit was horrendous. First time calling to set up the appointment I was told over and over again that I needed to provide the group number on my child's insurance card. Our provider does not have a group number only the member ID. Fast forward a few weeks I happened to call them again thinking it was a difference office, however, when this person saw my previous call in she explained that I more than likely spoke to one of their new staff members who was trained heavily on insurance practices, but not knowing the difference between certain providers. All is good and we move forward with scheduling. I scheduled both my children for the same day, first appointment starting at 11:45am. I had put this information in my calendar prior to getting off the phone. Fast forward to the week before today's appointment. I received a text asking me to verify my appointment for only ONE child and at 9:30am. I immediately call only to find out that they never even put it in the way it was told to me. After speaking with management, they were able to make adjustments and get my kids scheduled for the same original appointment day at 11am and 11:30am. Great, right? So, I completed all the paperwork prior to our arrival, showed up at 10:45am. By 11:15 two other families had been called back that arrived after us, one of them had to fill out the paperwork when they arrived. By 11:35am we hadn't even been called back for our first appointment at 11am. Now, we've all been to Dr offices and understand from time to time they run behind, but 35MIN? Unacceptable. Clearly this place is uncoordinated and unprofessional on many levels, starting with their staff not understanding insurance. Avoid if you can, this was an absolute waste of time.

I was told my son needed a tooth removed and it was recommended for him to go under general anesthesia due to his age. However, coordinating to get the procedure scheduled and getting appropriate insurance prior authorizations completed was a complete disaster. I was told to contact Nationwide Childrens to get a prior authorization for anesthesia but NCH repeatedly told me it was the referring office’s responsibility. A NCH rep contacted the surgery coordinator themselves to discuss and was met with the same pushback and shortness. She said she had never seen an office refuse to submit prior authorization. I have made countless phone calls to try and get everything squared away to avoid a denied insurance claim, and there was zero assistance from the coordinator. It was less than ideal communication and accountability from the start. Even upon first being told the tooth needed removed, we were rushed out of the office and told we would be called to discuss the process and what to expect because the coordinator, who was standing right there staring at us, was supposed to go home already and hadn’t made it out yet. I understand people have lives outside of work, but it was uncomfortable and to make it worse, that phone call never came. I contacted the office the next week and I was emailed that the office needed to collect $500 to schedule the procedure. That’s it. Ultimately we got a second opinion because of how poorly this situation was managed and we will not be coming back. This has been a nightmare, and it’s a shame that my son’s care is being affected due to this. We have come to this practice for years and have truly loved the hygienists. They are wonderful, but this experience with the surgery coordination has led us to switch practices permanently

Dr.June is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She really has the patience of a saint!! My daughter was super scared going and Dr. June took her time to calm her down. She walked through everything she was going to do. Showed her every single item that she was going to use and exactly what each tool was used for. She really does such an awesome job!! I can't praise Dr. June enough! She is truly remarkable!!! Everyone is super friendly! I have not had any issues trying to schedule and they work around all types of schedules! I will also say they do a fantastic job keeping the kids entertained! From TVs to a kids playroom, & a special prize at the end of the visit, helps keep children happy and excited to go to the dentist!!

My son has always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but this office truly goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He had a cavity filled today, and the entire staff was excellent, gentle, patient, and kind. They act like they genuinely care about his comfort and do everything they can to make it a positive experience. It’s such a relief to see him leave with a smile instead of fear. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion! Thank you!

I've never had any issues. I think they're very patient and kind and the kids love the atmosphere. There's a beautiful mural in the waiting room along with cute teeth stools and lots of books and puzzles. the exam chairs are colorful and fun. There's also a small playroom that they both really like.
