Dr.June is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She really has the patience of a saint!! My daughter was super scared going and Dr. June took her time to calm her down. She walked through everything she was going to do. Showed her every single item that she was going to use and exactly what each tool was used for. She really does such an awesome job!! I can't praise Dr. June enough! She is truly remarkable!!! Everyone is super friendly! I have not had any issues trying to schedule and they work around all types of schedules! I will also say they do a fantastic job keeping the kids entertained! From TVs to a kids playroom, & a special prize at the end of the visit, helps keep children happy and excited to go to the dentist!!

I was told my son needed a tooth removed and it was recommended for him to go under general anesthesia due to his age. However, coordinating to get the procedure scheduled and getting appropriate insurance prior authorizations completed was a complete disaster. I was told to contact Nationwide Childrens to get a prior authorization for anesthesia but NCH repeatedly told me it was the referring office’s responsibility. A NCH rep contacted the surgery coordinator themselves to discuss and was met with the same pushback and shortness. She said she had never seen an office refuse to submit prior authorization. I have made countless phone calls to try and get everything squared away to avoid a denied insurance claim, and there was zero assistance from the coordinator. It was less than ideal communication and accountability from the start. Even upon first being told the tooth needed removed, we were rushed out of the office and told we would be called to discuss the process and what to expect because the coordinator, who was standing right there staring at us, was supposed to go home already and hadn’t made it out yet. I understand people have lives outside of work, but it was uncomfortable and to make it worse, that phone call never came. I contacted the office the next week and I was emailed that the office needed to collect $500 to schedule the procedure. That’s it. Ultimately we got a second opinion because of how poorly this situation was managed and we will not be coming back. This has been a nightmare, and it’s a shame that my son’s care is being affected due to this. We have come to this practice for years and have truly loved the hygienists. They are wonderful, but this experience with the surgery coordination has led us to switch practices permanently

My son has always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but this office truly goes above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. He had a cavity filled today, and the entire staff was excellent, gentle, patient, and kind. They act like they genuinely care about his comfort and do everything they can to make it a positive experience. It’s such a relief to see him leave with a smile instead of fear. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and compassion! Thank you!

Both of my daughters LOVE going to their dentists. ❤️ All the dentists and receptionists are so incredible and helpful and go out of their way to make the kids feel happy and comfortable. After their appointment they get a hold coin to get a toy from the toy machine and I think they look forward to going to their appointments so they can get a new toy as well as how the staff treats them. They also have a cute playroom/kitchen for the kids while their siblings are being seen. My family will continue to go here. Thank you all so much for all you do. If you're looking for a new dentist for your child(ren) don't hesitate this is an amazing place and your kids will love it, I guarantee it even if they have a fear of previous dentists. 💯 The best.

This is NOT an autism friendly dentistry. We were told it was. The waiting room had the TV very loud and then the exam room is one giant room painted in bright orange and yellow and had multiple other kids being treated at the same time. I am an autistic mom to a neurodivergent preteen and felt incredibly sick by the end of my daughter’s visit even with my noise cancelling headphones. On top of that, there was a bedbug on the first chair they sat her in so I quickly asked her to be moved. When staff cleaned the first seat it was super dirty in the crevice where the bed bug had been. Staff was nice enough but my daughter is 12 and struggles with oral hygiene and had many problem areas so they wouldn’t even treat her. I advocate for autistic and neurodivergent adults and kiddos from personal experience and this place is NOT a neurodivergent friendly physical environment.
