Worst service I have ever experienced. I called to schedule an appointment for my child and was answering the lady questions and she started cutting me off when I am trying to explain the situation. She stated that I will need to pay out of pocket even though I have insurance. She also stated that she has been there 15 years and she knows more than me. This lady started getting loud with me And told me that I don’t know what I’m talking about I informed her I talked to another employee. They informed me I needed to call back today and schedule an appointment To my surprise, the lady said this other employee doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I was calling to schedule an appointment to have my child’s broken tooth fixed not a cleaning and the other employee said it was possible to schedule an appointment for the broken tooth and not a cleaning because she just had one done by the school in November and wasn’t due yet. I ended up not scheduling an appointment for my child because of this experience. A receptionist should not be giving any kind of medical advice And they definitely should not be saying a client will be paying out-of-pocket without making sure they have insurance.
