This office is a dream for a child. ✨ We came in 20 minutes early for the appointment not realizing that this office had so much entertainment for the kiddos while you wait to be called. Let’s just say…it went by fast and my 2 toddler girls were so disappointed to leave this place at the end. The staff treated us so well, especially my girls, which I immediately appreciate when my girls are being treated so gently and sweetly. One of my girls was having a meltdown during her teeth cleaning and the lady working with her continued to be patient and so sweet to her. She showed my girls each tool and explained to them what she was going to be doing to make them not scared and feel better about where they are. At the end of the appointment they gave each of the girls tokens to get a cute small prize. Such a neat experience overall and will be continuing to use and recommend this office.

Always a great experience- they are on time and efficient which is great with young kids. They are patient and know how to work with kids who may be afraid, always making us comfortable. The play space, toys and fish are a great bonus that make going to the dentist fun!

Our original appointment was canceled by the office the day of, and despite promises to call back to reschedule, they never did. My husband had to stay home with our newborn so I could take our daughter, so the cancellation wasted our entire day. When I finally got a new appointment, I had to cancel on the day of, only to be met with their 24-hour cancellation policy in a very condescending tone. I feel like if I had a card on file, they would have been quick to charge it. I understand policies exist, but canceling on your patients should go both ways. Very disappointing.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Hailee at the front was so sweet to my daughter from the moment we got there. For her first time it was an amazing experience. When we got called back and throughout our whole time their Cam was so lovely to both of us. My daughter told me she LOVES the dentist which will make future visits a piece of cake for this mama! Thanks so much everyone

We love everything about this place. We normally have a great experience but it seemed like the hygienist we had for one of the twins wasn’t very patient, warm or friendly with my son. She should probably work with adults not children. She was in a rush to get her work done. Natalie on the other side was very patient, sweet, kind and yet did her work in a timely fashion. She took her time to let my son go back and forth on three different toothpaste flavors and gave him the time to decide. She was smiling and made us feel welcomed. Thank you Natalie and to all the other staff including the lady at the reception.
